I was given a manual for a Hotpoint machine and I requested a manual for an Indesit. Complete waste of time.

Scam! I was trying to find a manual for an mp3 player. By mistake, I misspelled the name of the manufacture (it became a name that does not exist). Even so, the manual was found! When clicking to download, I was asked to pay euro 0.99. So I tried again by entering 'Nobrand' as the brand name. Guess what - it found the manual!

Nach der Zuleitung einer Benutzeranleitung mit einem Kostenaufwand von 95 Cent wurde mir ein Betrag von 69.95 € als Abo vier Wochen später abgebucht. Nur unter Zuziehung eines Rechtsanwalts und Androhung eine Anzeige bei der Staatsanwaltschaft wurde mir der Geldbetrag dann wieder zurück überwiesen. Außerdem wurde auf Anraten der Rechtsanwaltskanzlei eine neue Kreditkarte ausgestellt um zu verhindern, dass das Unternehmen in Zukunft auf das Konto zugreifen kann

This is a scam, as others have pointed out. They emailed me the wrong manual, then took £56 from my account for a subscription I never requested. The £56 is unfortunately not recoverable, but my bank has now blocked any further debits from this bunch of thieving chancers.

Una truffa legalizzata. Addebito da 1,95 per un set lego e poi sottoscrizione mensile. Vergognatevi.

Hatte am 04.11.24 eine Bedienungsanleitung für 0,95€ bestellt und auch per Email mit Link bekommen. Die 0,95€ wurden per Visa-Card eingezogen. Heute, am 12.11.24 wurden plötzlich noch einmal 69,95€ per Visa Karte abgebucht ohne, dass ich weiß wofür..

A waste of time. Fortunately not much money because I saw about the subscription. On the initial search, their website said they had the manual, but once I had subscribed, they sent me emails asking for the information I had used in the search, and said they were contacting the manufacturer. I had also contacted the manufacturer who got back to me first with the manual and advice... On the positive side, there are real people behind this.

Same as everybody else saying it's a scam. Bought a manual for 80p at the end of July. They took €69.95 after 7 days and again 2 months later. Taking it up with the bank.

Beware of this scam! I looked online for a manual for a Jones sewing machine and these guys said they had one. I clicked through and was asked for €0.90 as payment, which seemed about right. When they confirmed the payment by email, I saw that they mentioned that I had taken out a subscription (I hadn't!), and on checking this out it seems that they will automatically charge you €69.95 after 7 days. I immediately cancelled the subscription by email but am waiting to see if they actually charge me. Then I received a manual by email for an entirely different sewing machine! Not only a scam but useless, too.

Auf meinem Visa belastet gekommen, das war ok.
Heute sehe ich 69 € belastet ohne zu erkennen was das ist.

Today,my bank contacted me about suspicious transactions.Several debits from my a/c over months by MANUALSMATE.
Do NOT use this Company.I now have to dispute these debits to get a refund.

Achtung Abzoge. Wer hier nach einer Gebrauchsanweisung sucht bezahlt teuer. Kein Hinweis das man ein Abo abgeschlossen haben soll. Sie bezahlen ihre 0,95 Cent und gut. Das dient nur dazu ihre Kreditkarten Daten abzufischen. Anschließend sind Sie dabei und bezahlen dann 69,95€. Karte sperren und Anzeigen . Facebook Nutzer sollten diese Hinweise auf ihren Seiten schreiben diesen Gaunern muss das Handwerk gelegt werden.

Betrug: reine Abo-Abzocke
ein klares ABO.Betrugsunternehmen, habe eine Anleitung gesucht, gefunden und bestellt, kostete 95Cent, kein Problem und für die nicht zu gebrauchende Betriebsanleitung auch verschwendetes Gekd. EGAL. Jedoch wurde nach einer Woche ein Betrag von 69,95€ abgebucht. Nirgends wo ist zu lesen, dass eine Abo abgeschlossen wurde!!!! Niemals wieder.
KEINEN STERN sind die Wert....BETRUG. ABO-ABZOCKE:. Ärgere mich selber, warum nicht vorher die Trust-Bewertungen gelesen??

The so-called instructions were nothing did not cover anything but an accessories list of oven items. Not helpful at all. Where are instructions for using the control panel? The second thing, I did not subscribe to anything, only for a manual on how to use the oven. Then, you caused me no end of trouble when you started some kind of subscription and charged my credit card without my authorization! Not. impressed.

Requested a Manual for a Battery Charger and i paid80 pence which was okay Cheap next they on the23rd of Sept. £58.70 I CONTACTED THEM AFTER REQUESTING MY BANK TO BLOCK THIS PAY MENT AND THEY MENTIONED THAT THIS STITCH UP IS HIDDEN IN THE SMALL PRINT. THEY AFTER I COMPLAINED REFUNDED £58.70 THANK GOD BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. THEY CANNOT LIE STRAIGHT IN BED.P.S.the manual was not the one to match my Battery Charger hopeless.

On the 2nd October I paid 81pence by debit card.as requested. They couldn’t find a manual for a Sony recorder thatI requested but downloaded the later model which was similar to use. However on the 10th of October they then took another £60.43 from my debit card which only come to my knowledge when I checked my bank account. My bank have agreed to block any further payment to this lot in case they try to dig into my account again. Managed to get the correct manual posted to me from OTC LTD - Printed manuals at a reasonable price.

This Organisation is a fraud I requested a Manual for a EV CARGER MANUAL FOR A LITEON MODEL. W2-EC246-0SK6MR they said they had one took my money and never supplied the Manual or gave me a refund.

Die vorgeschlagene Anleitung half weiter. Innerhalb der angegebenen Tage-30-, wurde jedoch der für 2 Monate abgebuchte Abo-Preis anstandslos zurück überwiesen! [wegen einer Reise wurde die Frist "nach 7 Tagen automatisch ein Abonnement gebucht zu haben, ja, ist nicht nett so eine kurze Frist, und Automatismus auch nicht.]
