Loved working with Many Pixels! Communication was flawless and quick, whenever I have a query my account manager was quick to help and the designer I had allocated to me was also very efficient and communicated well.

The designer gave me regular updates and was great at the work he did. The system they use to chat and plan projects was also super easy to use!

The concept is great; we have a graphic designer resource available throughout the year for a reasonable fee. The team is responsive, and we normally get our designs the next day (if simple) or a few days (for more complex assignments). We have unlimited updates, so we don't have to compromise on our requirements by fear of running a huge tab.

The unlimited design package is a great way to proactively stay on top of internal design requests, as well as to manage budgets with client projects.

I use ManyPixels to order custom illustrations for content marketing purposes on my website Salarship.
The illustration format is .svg and I use them as a header for articles and other content formats. I pay $800 per month and the output is about 35 unique illustrations per month, which is relatively cheap compared to the most expensive competitors.
The quality of the illustrations is most of the time really good. Sometimes if it is not up to standards or if there is a miscommunication problem, I ask for a revision and the revision is always of great quality.
Before using this service, you must be aware that some elements in the illustrations can be reused in different illustrations. This is not a problem for my particular case usage, but you should be aware of this.
Overall, ManyPixels is a great service. I have used it for 8 months and it is perfect for my content marketing needs.

Having worked for a creative studio and then used creative studios for my marketing assets, I can only recommend giving ManyPixels a shot. The quality of deliverables is excellent; the team is lovely and super quick. It's a game-changer when you need to create marketing assets regularly.

We are a startup based in Singapore. ManyPixels has been of great help for all our illustrations, web graphics and advertising materials. Their platform is super easy to use and communication with the designers has been smooth You can expect fast and good designs as long as you are able to articulate clearly what you want and provide good examples.

We have been working with ManyPixels for 6 months, so far it has been great. We mostly use the service for our blog graphics and PPC Ads.

I am a content marketing lead, and I swear I am not exaggerating when I say every single project ManyPixels has completed has contained numerous errors, omissions, and oversights. Each time I get a PDF back from them, I get to play the game of "find the error". In one PDF none of the hyperlinks were included. In another, the same heading copy was pasted for two sections in a row. In a third, a whole section of testimonials was omitted. In a fourth, the chart's x-axis timeline went "00:00, 04:00, 6 FEB, 16:00"...

Have done at least 15 projects with them, and every single one has errors that show a complete failure in attention to detail. What's more, the deliverables are not even done quickly. It often takes several days to a week to turn a Word doc into a PDF, even when we have a template.

I cannot urge you strongly enough to find another alternative.
