Wouldn’t recommend, 5 months only 1 clean!
We booked with Maran cleaning back in March for 6 weekly cleans. We got our first clean in May however I had to call back and get them to come and redo the job as the windows still had mud on. They did return the next day after looking at images I sent and redo the job. During this time I also received an email announcing my price was going up however I’d only had one first clean and was awaiting a second. We’re now end of August and that is the only clean I’ve had after booking a 6 weekly clean. When I brought this up, Lydia said they’d been an error on there end and my next clean would be in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later and still nothing. The lack of communication is shocking and in 5 months we’ve only had one clean! I’ve cancelled with Maran and gone elsewhere who charges 1/2 the price Maran do and they’ve already been to clean within a week! Would not recommend.

I can see form your WhatsApp messages that most communication was sent to Lydia during non-working hours, mainly after 8pm at night when our offices are closed, and Lydia replied to all of these straight away.
When we visited for your first clean, it was noted that builders residue was present on many parts of your property, which was mistaken for dirt. It is common for new build properties to have builders residue, although we did complete a re-clean for free as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee.
We attempted to contact you during the clean but were unable to reach you. When we did catch up after the clean, you mentioned that you are aware of the areas of concern and have raised these with your developer.
We also attempted to contact you BEFORE you signed up, as your round was upcoming but we did not hear anything from you. You proceeded to sign up to our services after this round was complete, therefore we explained we would be with you within approx. 6 weeks.
Your confirmation email stated 12-weekly cleaning and it was made aware to us after a prolonged period of time that you would actually like a 6-weekly clean. We did apologise for this error to which you accepted and agreed to proceed.
It is very common for our timeframes to fluctuate due to circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, sickness/holiday leave, etc. which is explained to our customers before we begin. This is also stated on our T&Cs and within your confirmation email.
I did kindly explain to you the reasons for our operative being on leave, to which you asked to be removed from our rounds immediately. You requested to cancel on 16th August, not toward the end of August.

Great window cleaning company!
1st time using this company and they’ve not disappointed. Communication was excellent from day one of booking them and the chap that cleaned my windows did so thoroughly and tidily. I’m very happy with the results and will continue to use them going forward.

Accommodating and easy to deal with
