I placed an order in July and never received it. I was actually advised by this dreadful company to contact the courier myself as the parcel was shown to be delivered successfully (on 2 different dates?? ) It wasn't!! I did in fact contact Evri...awful customer service and they referred me back to seller. Whole fiasco has now been going on for alsmost 2 months with no refund, despite demands from myself.. Very polite ones I might add until my last email to them, and continued fobbing off and passing the buck.... Absolutely rubbish!! Don't buy from this company, ever!!!

Don’t shop on this site PLEASE don’t waste your money

I ordered a black women suit, not the best quality but maybe could have gotten by. The sizing was the issue. I wear a size medium, I ordered a large for a little extra room. Soon after arrival I tried on the two piece it was way too small. The jacket wouldn’t even come over my breast’s to fasten,, the skirt entirely too small to zipper up.
She knew it was too small when she sent it. She doesn’t care. After several emails, I knew she didn’t care. 7 days return policy when shipping is a sign of rip off. Asking for you to measure the out fit is a sign of rip off.
Taking pictures peeping over sun glasses is a sign of rip off. These things I didn’t check out first. I trusted Etsy from past orders, never again.

Just don't! Bought a coat, said it was wool but on arrival the label said 100% polyester. I doubt even that. Terribly creased due to being stuffed in a bag far too small. I wouldn't put it anywhere near a flame as looked as if it would go up in flames. Thin and cheap. Customer services replied fine to emails but after sending several pictures they said no refund unless you send it back to China at your own expense. Hardly worth the effort or expense. UK email address but China for returns obviously so customers don't bother sending back. Use any reputable company but this isn't one of them. Avoid.

Placed order beginning of August, still not shipped after 3 weeks. I wish I had looked up company first. This is a SCAM. I put a complaint in with PayPal to refund payment. Do not order from this company. SCAM

Ordered a bikini for a holiday, failed to arrive in time although ordered 12 days before. Had the runaround with delivery dates and now will attempt a
refund request due to non delivery of item. DO NOT ENGAGE with this sham of a company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive. Once received it was totally different to the pictures and felt very cheap. There was also mould on the dress and marks all over it. Contacted the company who advised for me to return it. When I went to the post office it was going to cost me £27 to return. The dress was £45. I contacted the company who advised they can offer me a 30% refund to keep the dress. I am still going back and forth to request a full refund as I was sent a faulty item.
Do not use this company.

Completely misleading on the website. Poorly made, unnatural fabrics, definitely do not buy this product.

I would give company 0 stars. The quality of the garments is so bad and returns policy is not straight forward, they only allow returns for faulty garments. They are based in China so huge costs to return. Do not buy

The dress isn’t anything as advertised. Looks cheap. At nowhere does the company say it’s not in the UK. When tracking order that’s when I realised it’s from China. I am starting to my return and I already see that people have had a pain with that. I wish I came here before ordering. Avoid at all costs.

The site appears to be a UK shop but the clothing arrives from china. Shipping took nearly two weeks when it states 3-5 days. The dress that arrived looks nothing like the photos on the website and the material is extremely cheap. The colour was also completely different. I ordered large but the top was far too big and the middle too tight. This is worse quality than SHEIN avoid!!!

The website makes it appear as though the company is based in the Netherlands. Actually, if you want to return anything, you have to send it to a random address in China that isn’t listened anywhere on the website at your own cost! Cost me £12 to return a dress that felt and looked cheap!

I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering my dress. It was far too big and when I asked to return it and be refunded I was offered a 10% ‘goodwill’ refund and then 20%, as it’s shipped from china ( which isn’t clear ) I felt the only choice was to accept as it spoke of been so expensive to ship back and there was no guarantee I would get refunded.

I ordered two dresses (£79 total) and both were really poor quality - awful stitching, cheap fabric, frayed edges. They came with no labels and in cheap packaging. The company is stated as being based in the Netherlands but returns are to China (was can cost upwards of £25 to return!) the company was awful to deal with. They offered various discounts but I absolutely didn’t want the items. Eventually they agreed to refund me in full (although still waiting for the funds). Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

Scam company based in China avoid avoid. Poor quality dress disgusting quality and colour, will cost me £20 to return to China. Reported to trading standards, hoping to get refund through Klarna.

Very poor quality, long shipping, terrible returns policy with you having to ship back to china. It doesn’t mention any of this on the website!! AVOID

Expecting nothing or poor quality garment - see other reviews. Website has people taking selfies instead of models. Have reported them to credit card company and authorities.

I bought a dress for an event and it was absolutely disgusting material, i bought better items from shein. When i emailed them about the return, i didn’t get a reply and still trying to return it as the dress was £70 and still haven’t had a reply tried to message them as well….again no reply. Completely waste of money
