They deserve 0 but that isn’t an option. Avoid this ‘shop’ at all costs so you don’t lose your money like I have. Saw their advertisement on Instagram and looked legitimate. Their website shows this lovely shop front which I have now learned is fake.
Ordered two dresses from this ‘UK based shop’. Took ages to come and it was international postage - clearly not a UK based clothing company.
Quality and fabric of the dresses (at least £32 each) were awful.
When I emailed to request a return I was given an address in China which doesn’t even look real.
They offered me a 15%, then 20% then 25% partial refund. Waiting on that to see if it actually comes through.
Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not use!!!! Poor quality items that have to be returned to an address in Asia. No details of the return having to be made to Asia when purchasing or reading the return info. Claim they are a UK brand, with a UK address showing on their website. Quality of the items is awful!!! Absolute scammers!

If you want to return items you are given a china address or offered some discount to keep your item

Do not use this site after one return email no word since. Quality of garment shocking and tried to email again and told email wrong lost my money not happy! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This place is a scam. The website is full of lies. They don’t really accept returns and the products are dreadful. Avoid!

Do not buy from this company! Not UK based as they suggest. Poor quality and nothing like the pictures on the website! Have to do returns to China. Please heed my warnings and do not use!

Refused to cancel order (found reviews on here) stating that I must return and cover my own postage. No intention of providing an address prior to me receiving item to determine whether they were trying to have me on like others on here with false addresses. Not listening when stating uk consumer rights laws and rights of withdrawal. Really sketchy.

Awful quality dress, nothing like as advertised. Their returns policy is very questionable and doesn't specify that you'll have to pay for international postage to China. The company have claimed my dress is now in Huddersfield so they cannot possibly refund me.

AVOID, this company is a total scam. It looks like a UK company but goods are shipped from China. I read reviews before I purchased but note Trustpilot now says they had been displaying content incorrectly and the "Good" reviews removed. Long delivery time and rubbish quality when they did arrive. They tried to offer me 15% off to keep the items, then asked me to send photos, finally after three requests gave me a return address in China, which I am not going to do.

After a many many emails quoting trading standards and misrepresentation of items I recieved a full refund. This took some weeks after raising the complaint but I still got there. For anyone else in this position ask AI to help construct emails with uk laws surrounding sale of goods. If the item is misrepresented you do not need to pay return postage. Good luck everyone.

Return to China!! Rubbish quality, worst than shein and temu. Avoid !!!

Really wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase. Bought a dress for a friends wedding after seeing adverts on Instagram. The item received is NOTHING like advertised. The seams are fraying, the material is akin to that of children's dress up costumes. Poor, poor quality. Ultimately it's money down the drain as the dress is not wearable. Do yourselves a favour and do not buy from this company.

This company is breaking UK consumer laws - they refuse to give refunds on faulty products.

Like many on here, I bought a dress based on an Instagram ad without looking into the company much - the website said it was London based, 100% guaranteed return and free UK postage.

The item arrived and was very poor quality - the material looked different to the web page (which was taken down for the item I ordered before the item had even arrived). There are snags and hanging threads in the seam, and faults with the stitching all over the garment to the point where there are holes. There is no way I could wear a dress in this condition, let alone to a wedding. So I sought a return.

Initially seemed like it was going to be easy until I was also given this strange Chinese address which didn’t even seem to register as valid with any courier company. I asked if I could return to the London address listed on their website which was a no. I searched the London address on Google street view and it’s just some scabby looking flat - not the photo they have on the website. The China address can’t even be found on Maps.

After various back and forth over email in which they do admit the item is defective, they then say they can’t refund defective items and I’d have to pick a new item in the same price range. On around 5 occasions via email they’ve tried to push me into keeping the item with a 20% refund “as this is better for CO2 emissions and saves me the hassle of a return”. Unbelievable they are trying to guilt me into saving the planet when they ship all their items from China in a really shady process. Their own website says they cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty - which I have in writing that they admit - but they’re not providing me with a returns label.

Tried to comment on their Instagram and all the comments are limited - another huge red flag.

Do not buy - do not be sucked in by their items as they don’t look this way and they won’t let you return them, despite their website saying so. They use a .co.uk domain and claim to be “in the heart of London” but they don’t even appear to be registered on Companies House. They are also displaying fake trustpilot reviews on their website - claiming thousands of 5 star reviews when that’s clearly not true from this page. Massive scam - avoid like the plague. Have reported to my bank, Instagram and will be filing a complaint with Trading Standards.

Edit to add: within a day of requesting, my bank have refunded me the full amount for the item when I disputed it through them. Would recommend trying this if (when) this ‘company’ try to fob you off.

This clothing company and the style of advertising is a total scam
As reported by other people the marketing is totally misleading and the products are of dreadful quality and shipped from abroad.
I’ve tried reporting on Facebook and Instagram with no success.
Also tried to cancel my order when the payment was pending and my bank couldn’t do it for me until I’ve tried to get my money back.
Still in the process of that …..
expected to return goods to some faraway place ……

Total scam. Do not buy from this "company".
They send dresses and items from china that are of the condition of shein.
Nothing luxurious about this brand.
Returns are a nightmare. I will be reporting this company to trading standards, completely misleading. NOT A COMPANY IN LONDON AS PER THEIR CONTACT DETAILS.
THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY AND ASK YOU TO RETURN THE CLOTHES TO CHINA WITH YOU COVERING THE POSTAGE.

This is a terrible company avoid!! The clothing is nothing like advertised. Terrible quality, looks like it has arrived straight from a factory in China which is why it took so long to arrive. Then if you want to return you have to pay to return it to China tracked! Something needs to be done about these total scammers

Awful company. The dress material is not as advertised and poorly made. They list on their website how to contact to organise refunds/returns, but no one ever responds to the email address provided. Scam artists who just take your money. Do not buy from here!

Instead of wasting my time sending absolutely unnecessary and pointless photos, along with a proof of purchase—which is an absurd request—I will invest my time in writing reviews exposing this company as a scam. They are not UK-based, the quality is terrible, and the business model is based on selling cheap clothing that looks nothing like what’s advertised online, then making the return process as difficult as possible, even charging customers to return items to China.

Absolutely horrible company, dresses ordered were not cheap! Took weeks to arrive, terrible quality and look nothing like the online pictures. They are incorrectly showing Trust Pilot reviews on their website. Offered me 15% refund or else have to pay to return the dresses myself...tracked...to China which will cost me another £20+ and I'm not convinced I will even get my money back if I do that. Everything on the website looks fantastic and lovely and no mention of cheap China made products or returns!! Gutting to loose this money to them
