I've been using Marchon products for quite some time now and I have nothing but positive things to say, the taste and effectiveness of the products are second to none. What sets them apart is that you can tell they're made by athletes who take consideration into the products from their experience. I've had one issue in over 6 months and Customer Experience (Joe in particular) couldn't be more helpful with resolving the issue and sending a replacement.

The products themselves are excellent — reliable, well-designed, and clearly built with the user in mind. Everything works smoothly, and you can tell there’s a strong focus on quality and usability.

What really stands out, though, is the customer support team. Any questions or issues around subscriptions or account management are handled quickly and professionally. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

It’s rare to find both a great product and equally strong support behind it, but this is definitely one of those cases. Highly recommended.

Best supplements I’ve ever tried. I take the workout fuel and performance hydration before training every morning and never feel underfuelled. Always a brilliant customer service from Joe and the team too.

I had an issue where my monthly subscription was “stuck” at the depot. After emailing Marchon about this they informed I needed to wait out the allocated time before they could re-send. As this date passed I had my entire order sent out again. Excellent customer service for something which is out of their control

I ordered some clothing as a gift in the Black Friday sale - one of the items arrived faulty so I contacted customer services to try and arrange a replacement. I’ve emailed twice, 2nd December and 9th December, with no response. I’ve also attempted to contact via the online form and an error appears after submission - so there is no way to contact. The online process charges for postage for exchanges of faulty items which is not acceptable. There is also a charge if deciding to return items and no customer services to support

I strongly advise against working at this company under any circumstances. During my brief employment of just a few months, I experienced severe and sustained workplace mobbing and bullying that created a profoundly toxic and hostile environment in both the office and warehouse areas.
Management, supervisors, and team leaders were the primary source of the problem. They not only failed to address the bullying but also actively protected the perpetrators. When I repeatedly sought help and reported the harassment, no meaningful action was taken; instead, the situation escalated and retaliation followed.
The atmosphere felt oppressive and prison-like, with constant stress, humiliation, and psychological pressure. The impact on my mental health has been severe—I am now under the care of a psychologist to address the anxiety, depression, and trauma caused by this experience.
This is not an isolated incident but a deeply entrenched cultural issue enabled and tolerated by leadership. For the sake of your well-being and mental health, please avoid employment here at all costs.

I’ve been using the Marchon products for some time now and they have been absolute game changers for me in terms of performance. The quality of the products is exceptional and the service received by the team is first class. I highly recommend.

Be aware!! I cancelled the free trial and had an email from Marchon confirming this. They then kept billing me and getting monthly payments despite the cancellation. I’ve not been able to contact anyone from the company yet and I’ve not had a refund either. Be very careful, not reliable.

I am very satisfied with the programs I can follow online. The programs are high-quality and cutting-edge. The teams are very responsive and available. Even though the subscription is quite expensive, it reflects the quality of the support and content available.

Helpful production information online regarding usage and expected benefits, making me understand what I'm about to purchase as a new user of supplements. Quick delivery of my orders as well.

After-sales support from Joe has been helpful and quick in answering my queries too regarding certification of their products!

I've been a member at the Stratford gym for two years now, and it's by far the best fitness facility I've ever been to, with excellent coaching. I've also used MARCHON’s website to purchase supplements and apparel, and on the rare occasion I've had an issue with an order, it was resolved within minutes of reaching out via email. The customer service is genuinely outstanding.. couldn't ask for better.
