Pink princess vibes!! The chemise has amazing shape and structure, hugs in all the right places and the robe with the ruffled cuffs is the detail that makes the whole thing feel so cute.

Over Priced Temu/Shein Quality Garments

The Marelia website gives a very luxury impression. Products on the website look beautiful. I was so excited to receive my order. I was so disappointed when it arrived. The chemise I received was cheap material, shoddy design, sizing also very off. It was temu/shein equivalent with a more expensive price tag. Didn't realise these products were being cheaply made and sent from China, there website details are all UK based. I feel thats very misleading, please dont waste your money. They expect you to send it back to china tracked paid with your own money, even though their products are not as advertised. Please be extra cautious if youre thinking about buying from Marelia.

We want you to know your comments have gone further than this reply: we've raised the fabric quality, stitching and sizing of this style directly with our manufacturer, and this piece won't be restocked until it meets the standard our photos promise. Reviews like yours are exactly how we catch where a product falls short, and we're grateful you took the time, even though we'd much rather have earned five stars.

Not normally my area but the wife mentioned Marelia so I took the hint. Ordered the teal set, arrived quickly, she loved it. Don't usually write reviews but she was over the moon so figured I would. Returning customer (at her request).

Thank you for being honest with us - this one's hard to read, but you're right to call it out.

The pieces you received came from an external supplier we were trialling in our early days, and that's where the mixed labelling and the quality you describe came from. It's genuinely not the standard we want our name on - and it's exactly why we've since moved all production in-house, with our own materials and our own labels. What we ship today is a different product entirely.

None of that fixes your order, though, so I'd like to. Drop us an email at contact@marelia.co and I'll arrange a full refund - no need to send anything back. And if you're ever willing to give the new line a try, I'll personally make sure you get something you love.

Le produit que j’ai reçu est une honte..

J’ai commandé un body qui coûte quand même 35€. J’ai reçu un morceau de dentelle informe, avec des fils qui pendent car les coutures n’ont pas été arrêtées. Un couture qui se découd. Le modèle ne ressemble absolument pas à ce que j’ai commandé il manque des détails de tissus à l’avant et ds le dos. J’ai des photos à l’appui si nécessaire. Je suis très déçue et écœurée. Cet article ne vaut même pas 5€.

Je suis vraiment désolée de voir dans quel état votre body vous est parvenu - des coutures non arrêtées et des fils qui pendent ne correspondent absolument pas à ce que nous voulons vous livrer.

Nous vous avons déjà remboursée intégralement : ce que vous avez reçu n'était tout simplement pas acceptable, et il était normal de le corriger sans attendre.

Si vous avez encore les photos que vous évoquez, nous serions reconnaissants que vous nous les envoyiez à contact@marelia.co - elles nous aideraient à faire remonter le problème à notre contrôle qualité pour que cela ne se reproduise plus. Sans aucune obligation, bien sûr.

Encore toutes mes excuses pour cette expérience. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous montrer ce dont Marelia est réellement capable.

ok so i was skeptical because i have a…

ok so i was skeptical because i have a larger bust (34DD) and thought the cups would be too small but i sized up to L and it actually works. Bra is supportive, not just decorative. Wore it for 6 hours to a dinner and was actually comfortable. Hip straps on the suspender belt can be adjusted which is huge for someone with my body type. 10/10

Got this as a gift for her

Got this as a gift for her. The packaging alone is beautiful, came in a proper box, felt like unwrapping something from a high end brand. Quality matches the price point. She's wearing the M and says it fits great. Next order already in my head.

Extremely poor quality, sizing & customer service

1, I had to send an email as I had not been provided any update 4 days after purchase. There was never any response

2, After receiving my items, 2/3 were the incorrect size, despite checking sizing before ordering. So I contact Marelia, their website says they'll respond within 24hrs, they did not.
When they did respond, they said "Regarding the sizing - some of our items can feel smaller than expected, but we do have a detailed size chart on each product page with the exact measurements so you can compare". As I the re-explained that I chexked sizing before ordering, and that 2/3 items are definitely incorrect and that after their attitude I would like to return the whole order instead of the two items.

3, Their policy states that if the return is due to a faulty/damaged item, they'll pay for the return, however they have told me I must pay for international return despite the issue of wrong sizing being on their end.

So far my dealings with them have been stressful, and unsuccessful. I do not recommend buying from them

P.s, they'll only include 4* and above reviews on Shop and their website, concealing any issues customers have experienced - I would include pictures but there's not option for me?

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to address a few points for transparency:

1. Response times: We responded to each of your emails within a couple of hours during our working hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00 GMT), which are clearly stated on our website. Every message you sent received a prompt reply.

2. Sizing: Each of our products includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements on the product page. These measurements are provided specifically so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing, as sizing can vary between styles. We shipped exactly what was ordered.

3. Returns policy: Our returns policy, available on our website and at checkout, clearly states that return postage is at the customer's cost. This applies to sizing-related returns. We offered you multiple options to resolve this, including a 50% partial refund with no return required.

4. Reviews: All of our reviews are auto-published - we do not filter or conceal negative feedback. You can see both positive and negative reviews on our platforms. This claim is simply not accurate.

Throughout this process, we have been nothing but respectful and professional, offering multiple generous solutions - despite being spoken down to and demanded to operate outside of our clearly stated policies.

At some point, a business has to draw the line. Nevertheless, we have issued you a full refund for the two items in question. Based on this experience, we genuinely think you'd be better off shopping elsewhere.

Love the design but cup sizing runs a…

Love the design but cup sizing runs a bit small imo. I'm a 34B and the M cups were slightly tight. Next time I'll size up. The material and construction are lovely though, delicate lace, proper hooks, feels luxury. Taking off one star just for the fit confusion because I don't usually have this issue.
