Mariner Finance, LLC (“Mariner”) and/or WebBank, as applicable, (collectively “Lender,” “we,” or “us,” as applicable) offers personal loans from $1,000 to $25,000, with minimum and maximum amounts dependent on the underwriting of the loan and subject to applicant’s satisfaction of eligibility requirements and approval by Lender, and an applicant’s state of residence for Mariner-originated loans. Terms and conditions apply.
†Online loans between $1,500 and $14,000, originated by WebBank, except online loans in CA and MD originated by Mariner Finance, LLC. Loans greater than $14,000 or less than $1,500 may be originated by Mariner through Mariner’s branch network. Any stated APR represents the cost of credit as an estimated yearly rate, and each applicant’s specific interest rates and fees are determined as permitted under federal or state law (as applicable) based upon loan amount, term, the applicant’s ability to meet specific credit criteria including, but not limited to, credit history at the time of application, income, debt payment obligations, and other factors such as availability of collateral, and state of residency for Mariner-originated loans. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates or larger loan amounts, which may require a first lien on a motor vehicle not more than ten years old titled in the applicant’s name with valid insurance. Any loan by phone and/or online closing process requires a compatible mobile or computer device on which you can access your email and electronic documents. Not all loan types are eligible for loan by phone or online loan closing.
*The process uses a “soft” credit inquiry to determine whether a loan offer is available, which does not impact your credit score. If you continue with the application process online and accept a loan offer, or are referred to a branch and continue your application there, we will pull your credit report and credit score again using a “hard” credit inquiry. This “hard” credit inquiry may impact your credit score.
**Mariner Finance’s 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee provides that if, for any reason, you inform us that you are dissatisfied with your loan and you repay it in full within 15 days of the date of the loan in the form of cash or certified funds, all finance charges will be waived with no penalties. A cancellation of your Mariner Finance loan will not impact, affect, and/or cancel the terms of any purchase of a vehicle or other item(s) with the proceeds of your loan. Additionally, your return to the dealer or seller of any vehicle or other item(s) purchased with your loan proceeds will not constitute a cancellation of your Mariner Finance loan.

Mariner finance came at at time in my life when I saw NO way out of a financial situation and has been assisting me through life since! The death of my father, engine blown in my car, having to move without notice, and hurricanes!!! and the list goes on...... Ive had an exceptionally rough 2025 and has found myself diligent in my payments from the start of the year. Now having one income in the house and struggling to keep afloat! Ive managed never to get more than 30 day or less behind. Ive always had amazing, professional representatives call me and give me options and help me get back on track, by deferments, an additional loan or just a payment plan. Usually Chrissy (BEST HUMAN EVER!) calls, gives me the options, let me know what I can do and all she can do and it's always worked! Lately a representative, named Lisa, has been calling me. she is condescending, borderline rude. Over talks me and tells me what I think. She is rude enough to say " I KNOW you think this loan payment is not important to you," and even threatens to pick up my vehicle? I shared with her that none of that was true, and the vehicle she is threatening to pick up has no engine and is sitting in my front yard. I have NO INTENTIONS on skipping out on my obligation! This company came along and offered a hand when I had no options! no resources! and a father on a table in a funeral home! I am forever indebted and grateful to them. If Lisa only knew when she was talking down to me, and making assumptions and threats, did NOT uphold the image of this company or mimic the experiences Ive had.

Tyler is “THE BEST”
Tyler is “THE BEST”! Right away he put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable with small talk and answering all my questions. He made copies of my ID and paperwork very quickly and then he went over everything about my loan on the computer and had me electronically sign all my documents where it was needed, a true professional, which made the process go super fast and smooth. Within minutes of my arrival the money that I was borrowing was in my bank account and I was on my way home. Over the years I’ve borrowed money from financial institutions from time to time and I’ve sat in these places for well over an hour. But here at Mariner from the time I left home and came back was not even 40 minutes!!! That’s how super fast and painless Tyler made this process go; he made it easy, quick and simple way beyond my expectations! If I should need to borrow money in the future I will absolutely go see Tyler at Mariner Financial as he is definitely an asset to your great company!

Great Service
My experience was a bit sceptic when I arrived but that was only because I don't feel comfortable when getting loans. Agent Sade went above and beyond in getting me what was needed for a home improvement job. I thank her for her patience and the knowledge that was given to make me comfortable about the decision.
