An unfortunate experience
Unfortunately, my order was rifled and pilfered on the way to the UK in transit via the UPS courier, but Markberg were very quick to issue a credit for the missing items. I would have been happier had they refunded the courier cost too, as I believe their system was at fault.
Nevertheless, I have used Markberg a few times and have always found their products to be excellent and their delivery to be first rate (until this episode!)

The return policy
The return policy, where the Customer has to pay for the return shipping feels very out dated.
It wouldn’t be a problem to pay a resonable fixed return fee, but I ended up having to pay 27 euro just to send the bag back.
I will there for not be shopping from markberg.com again.

Skulderreim ble ødelagt
Jeg kjøpte en jobbveske av merket Markberg fra en lokal butikk. Skulderreima til veska ble ødelagt etter 6 måneders bruk. Verken butikk eller leverandør vil ta ansvar for den ødelagte reima. Dette synes jeg var veldig kort levetid.

Jeg er virkelig ked af at høre, at skulderremmen er gået i stykker efter så kort tid. Det forstår jeg godt er frustrerende, og det vil vi selvfølgelig meget gerne hjælpe dig videre med.

Die Lieferung war kostenlos an einen GLS Shop in meiner Nähe. Der Versand und die entsprechenden Benachrichtigungen liefen problemlos.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Tariff charge not disclosed …
It does not say anything about having to pay tariffs when I ordered, the tariffs were as much as my purchase so I declined the package
I was under the impression that what I paid when I ordered the gloves, including shipping and handling, was my total price

There was an additional fee of $94. I will not shop with Markberg again. THE PRODUCT is beautiful, well made and better than I expected - but Not worth the full cost of approximately $300.

I have now bought 2 of these Markberg bags which I use for make up when travelling. They are strong, resilient and above all, have a wonderful array of pockets large and small for spares and extras. Yet the bag is also light.
