Shoes arrived today, took far longer than anticipated. Extremely poor quality, they are not as advertised and only fit for the bin.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Marley Shoes. The ankle fastening was too small to fit around my ankle and they were cheap and unattractive in appearance.
I contacted Marley shoes to ask for a full refund and they asked me to provide an image of the shoes all the while knowing they weren't going to issue me with a refund in the first place.
They came back with a reply that they had carefully evaluated the shoes in question, and it appears they are in proper condition and have been despatched as per my order.
Dear Marley Shoes, you are missing one key thing and that is the shoes didn’t fit!
They offered me a 40% discount to ‘explore alternative options’ and purchase a new pair of shoes with them.
But why on earth would I do that given the dire customer service and cheap and unattractive appearance of the shoes…..

Do not buy from this company.
I have contacted Marley shoes on a number of occasions confirming return and tracking details for return.
I placed an order on May 2nd, 2023.
I returned the shoes.
The refund policy guarantees a full refund within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is return the product.

Keep sending them mails and no reply at all. Have requested refund but no replies to my emails.
They should be stopped from advertising their shoes.

Ordered mine on 3rd August 2023 waited 3 weeks,and,still never arrived. Sent email to them to find out and they said they were delivered on 21th August. No they wernt and I still havnt got them. Keep sending them mails and no reply at all. Will be requesting refund not happy with service at,all.

Saw these shoes advertised on FB and agree with all the other reviewers that have given them one star that they should be zero star rated. A massive scam and company hails from China so I should have known better but failed to check reviews on other sites instead took the word of reviewers on FB. Bought red pair which are NOT leather or orthopaedic as stated in advert but but cheap plastic imitations that don’t fit properly. I would warn anyone on FB not to be caught up in this scam. Do not purchase shoes from this company.

These shoes are NOT LEATHER! I wanted to send them back but they wanted me to pay the postage to China!! They eventually gave me a 30% refund! I bought 2 pairs so lost a lot of money.

My loafers weren’t delivered and they said it’s been delivered, it eventually arrived 2 weeks later, after wearing it ONCE, the sole came off, I emailed them and their response after repeated emails were “ that’s not covered”

Absolutely shocking and pathetic service you wouldn’t expect at a stall in third world country.

Do not purchase anything from Marley Shoes. The shoes I ordered had no resemblance to the image promoted on Facebook. They even managed to send the wrong size. Emailed them 3 times to request their refund process but got no reply. I could care less about losing £29 but don't want anyone else to be scammed by this outfit

They sent wrong size shoes and 3 months later I’m still waiting for a refund!!!!

Tried to return a pair of sandals that didn't fit. There was no response to my many emails asking about their returns process as I couldn't find this on their website. I've now given up on getting a refund. Absolutely rubbish!

I recently had an operation on my foot which has required the replacement of all my size 14 shoes! The shoes from Marley are great and I can wear them even though my foot is still swollen.

Great love my shoes so comfortable I wore all day in the evening and I actually thought I was wearing them . Great definitely will get more thank you

Absolutely rubbish shoes. Saying orthopaedic shoes. Rubbish I wouldn't give £5 and the zip is at the back of the shoe which was cheap and nasty. I ordered a size 6.5 and got a size 7. I chucked the. In the charity box for recycling as I wasn't paying £15 quid to send back to China.

Took a little while and obviously you get what you pay for but i love these little trainers.. mine are super colourful and I've had loads of compliments on them. Worth the money for me.

If I could give no stars or minus, this is the company it would go to!! Where do I start, ppl it’s a scam!!!! Plastic shoes labelled as leather, wrong size sent, wrong colour sent, awful fit, overall complete and utter rubbish!!! Tried to contact the company 4 times no response. If I could add photos I would. Please please don’t waste your money!!!!!

Disgusting scam scam scam why is no one doing anything about this dodgy company in China, sjoes advertised are nit the shoes that arrive, definetly not orhapedic or leather and cost 15 pounds to return to China!!! They do not give you a free label to return tulle shoes and they will not give more than 30% refund if we don't pay 15 pound to return. Disgusting people in China, ripping peoples off. Why are they getting away with this?

Total scammers. Shoes were described as leather and orthopaedic. They are neither. Cheap plastic tat with only a superficial resemblance to the photos. They try to string out any complaint by asking for photos of shoes that they sent out. They've now told me that they have processed a refund that hasn't arrived. I've raised a complaint with Visa. Any positive reviews still on here are probably fakes. Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!! What is delivered is neither leather nor orthopaedic- they are the cheapest nastiest shoes I have ever seen.

And the ‘returns policy’ is an absolute lie - you can only return if you pay for postage to China - or accept only a 30% refund.

Oh and it won’t let me post a picture but I am happy to send one if you want to see how truly horrendous these shoes are

Excellent service and helped me out with an error in shoe size between men's and woman's . Plus excellent trainers ..Quality . Will use again.
