Jeg har netop lagt to af Martin Svartz’ puslespil med 500 brikker, og som én der lægger mange puslespil, kan jeg uden tøven sige, at dette er noget af det bedste, jeg har oplevet. Kvaliteten er helt i top – fra de præcist skårne brikker til den gennemførte trykkvalitet og de fine, detaljerede motiver.

Det visuelle udtryk er både smukt og meget gennemtænkt, og hele oplevelsen er tydeligt båret af en stærk æstetisk bevidsthed. Også æsken, emballagen og indpakningen vidner om et højt designniveau og en stor respekt for produktet som helhed.

Selve puslespillet er en fornøjelse at lægge – brikkerne føles solide, passer perfekt sammen og giver en flydende, næsten meditativ oplevelse. Jeg har kun ros at sende til både udførelsen og helhedsoplevelsen.
Et puslespil, der ikke blot er underholdning, men et æstetisk objekt i sig selv.

J’ai contacté le service client en leur expliquant qu’on m’a offert à Noël le magnifique puzzle sur Paris, mais que mon chien s’est amusé à manger quelques pièces… Ils ont trouvé ça drôle et m’ont tout de suite renvoyé les bonnes pièces manquantes. J’en ai même eu une en trop… Sûrement une pensée pour mon chien. Service réactif, très aimable et professionnel. Les puzzles sont magnifiques et de bonnes qualités.

Jag är mycket förtjust i dessa pussel med stadsmotiv. De är så trevliga att lägga och man vill hela tiden ha fler och fler.

My husband and I make a 1,000 piece puzzle very week and upon completing a Martin Schwartz London puzzle, four pieces were missing. We could not understand how this could be, but an email to Martin Schwartz yielded a fantastic response. They sent us a whole, new complete puzzle as replacement. No fuss, no drama.

This was truly the BEST customer service we have had from a company in a long time. We have total confidence purchasing further Martin Schwartz City puzzles (we recently went to Berlin and have been to New York, so those two will be the next puzzles).

The city puzzles are fascinating and there is so much artistic detail. In making the London puzzle we looked again at all our iconic buildings. We have lived in London for 40 years, and this made us feel very proud of this city.

Thank you again to Martin Schwartz (CEO and company) for delivering such an excellent product and wonderful after-care service.

Ich besitze fast alle Puzzles aus der Kollektion, da sie nicht nur die jeweilige Seele der Stadt einfangen, sondern auch unheimlich viel Spaß machen.

Im Sommer hatte ich mir in Kopenhagen wieder einmal Puzzles gekauft und jetzt im Winter festgestellt, dass in der Verpackung London, ein anderes Motiv war. Nach einer Email an den Webshop, erhielt ich umgehend eine Antwort vom Künstler persönlich, der sich des Produktionsfehler bewusst war und nun auf die Mithilfe der betroffenen Kunden gewartet hat.
Ich habe sofort kostenlosen Ersatz bekommen sowie ein weiteres Puzzle als Geschenk dazu. Die Lieferung aus Dänemark war dann auch schnell nach 3-4 Werktagen bei mir.

Die Puzzles und der unkomplizierte Kundenservice des Chefs verdienen eigentlich noch mehr als 5 Sterne!

The puzzle that I bought from my Europe trip has one missing piece after I completed it. I contacted Martin to see if anything he can help and he send me that exact missing piece. Now my puzzle is completed. Really appreciated the service and quality of puzzle.

If I saw this brand puzzle again, no hesitate to buy more.

Ordered a 70x50cm poster of Copenhagen and a 500 piece 'Copenhagen at Christmas' jigsaw. Order delivered, so very well packed, in the UK a couple of days later! Easily tracked on DHL website. Brilliant service and really lovely items. Thank you.

My son and daughter-in-law bought me the 1000-piece Stockholm jigsaw, as a gift. What a beautiful jigsaw, a total joy to complete. You can really feel the quality of the pieces, the sharpness of the image and I appreciated the additional poster detailing all the building names etc. Sadly, some pieces were missing, but after reaching out to Martin Schwartz directly, it was agreed that these pieces will be posted to me. Which will allow me to complete the puzzle. Superb service, over and above and I shall certainly purchase another puzzle and will recommend to friends.

J'ai plusieurs puzzles Martinschwartz. Ils sont beaux et d'une excellente qualité. J'aime les détails qui les composent. Malheureusement, une pièce de mon puzzle Barcelone a disparue. J'ai contacté le service commercial. J'ai eu une réponse très rapide et ils m'ont renvoyé la pièce manquante à leurs frais. Le service offert par Martinschwartz est tout simplement exceptionnel. Un merci particulier à Sarah.

My daughter gave me the Copenhagen puzzle. It was beautiful. Unfortunately 2 small pieces were missing. I contacted the sales department. They replied very quickly, sent me the missing pieces and also offered me a puzzle from another city.
The service offered by Martinschartz is just exceptional.

Der manglede en brik til vores Danmark's puslespil men vi fik fin service fra Sarah i kundeservice. Så problemet blev hurtigt løst.
