I have used this company a few times and my son loves the clothes, they are great quality but I have been chasing a refund of £101.60 since March and heard nothing from them except emails saying they miss me!
It's a shame because as I said their product is great but not impressed with lack of customer service or being out of pocket so for that reason would advise...
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Clothes arrived in two days from order. They were good packaged and there are proper pieces. This brand is fantastic and highly recommend this brand.

The quality of the products are exceptional. I've never needed to contact customer services because products always come in perfect.

Great clothes and staff. Great to keep it simple.

I have been tempted to order from this company for over a year and I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger. I received my first order a few days ago and immediately made my 2nd order which arrived less than 24hrs later.

Had a faulty item from Marvotti so got in touch with customer service. They replied instantly and offered either a refund or exchange straight away. Top drawer customer service received :) Can't wait to keep buying more of your lovely products in future, thank you.

Highly recommend! Second time ordering from Marvotti. I ordered the stripe classic pants & oversized heavyweight tee in black. Honestly the fit is perfect and so flattering. The quality is insane & definitely crease resistant which always keeps me looking fresh. Couldn't recommend enough & will definitely be ordering the same in other colours.

Unfortunately, similar to other reviewers, I haven’t also received my refund. I’ve emailed them twice and no response. Don’t waste your money on these people! That’s £60 of hard earned money gone down the drain!

Not someone that usually writes reviews. But I have taken the time to because I have actually never been scammed online and I am in fact in complete disbelief. I have returned my items, spent £100 on two pairs of trousers that arrived late and thus returned them as the event I needed them for had already passed. I opened the parcel, Not the clothes packaging to place the return label and details to ship the clothes back for a refund. It has been a month since this return. I have sent a few emails, I have tracking on the item I sent, it has been delivered and signed for yet no correspondence regarding my emails, no update on my refund. These guys are absolute scum. Reading other reviews this is a common result for returns. If you need a return, consider that money lost. They use a PO BOX for returns so you can’t find them. My advice, avoid at all costs.

I have returned cargo pants (for £65 as the quality wasnt the best) over a month ago and had no response on my email, no money back, they even blocked me on Facebook!!! What a joke! Please don't buy from these scammers!!

Extremely Disappointing Service – No Refund After Two Months

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I returned a pair of track pants, and it's been over two months without a refund. Despite sending numerous emails and messages on Instagram, my inquiries have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS

RETURNED AN ITEM AND AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS AND INSTA MESSAGES THEY HAVENT REPLIED AND REFUNDED MY MONEY.

I bought the cargo pants and it was a really nice product for a very reasonable price I’m very happy. Would recommend

The quality of the sweats are top notch. Everything from the packaging and after purchase followup support the narrative that Marvotti very much is a premium/ borderline luxury brand.

Ordered track pants and 2 T-shirts never shipped not had any replies to messages or emails SCAM

This company is a disgrace. I have sent multiple emails about a refund on all forms of social media and countless emails. The items arrived but when it comes to a refund they are scamming countless people out of money. Close this site down and get it reported to the police. SCAM CENTRAL!!!

Placed an order on the 15th Jan didn’t receive the parcel till 12th March. Then the track pants didn’t fit. Returned my parcel still not received any refund after countless emails (13) which include my proof of postage.

Please AVOID! I returned an item a few months ago. I eventually received a confirmation email confirming that they had received it, but there has been no return of my money. I have sent countless emails, social media messages, enquiries through their website, and several trust pilot reviews, and I have never directly heard from them. The only communication I have received is a marketing message from them offering me a discount and then a notification that they had flagged a previous review on here for containing 'harmful or illegal content'. Fortunately, Trustpilot rejected that, and my review is still on the site. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
