Terrible fkin service, Evri lost my parcel and there is no contact with the sender. £68 down the drain. Don’t buy from them, waste of money

Extremely bad customer service, no replies to any communication. I’ve never known anything like it, the brand wants to be the best in the world it will never get there treating consumers so badly. I would not buy from this company, stay clear. I will be having to get my bank involved for a refund.

I ordered cargos from this company and decided to return them for a refund. The online returns portal only offered store credit or exchange which I didn't want. I emailed and messaged them on Instagram and received no response, I must have emailed and messaged 30+ times. I even commented on a Instagram post trying to highlight my issue and they deleted the comment. Terrible customer service, don't buy from here.

Nice and easy, reasonable delivery time. Ordered twice now and both times have i’ve been very happy with the quality of the cargos.

Ordered a pair of stone cargos to an EU address nearly 2 months ago and still have not received them. £60 down the drain. Have emailed them 3 times about this and still no response - terrible customer service. It's a shame as I have another pair from them which are great but why advertise a contact-us email address if you don't respond to any customers with returns and delivery issues? Please fix up. You will fail as a business if you don't. And reply to my ****ing emails.

Ordered two items. Kept one returned the other. Never got the refund for the one I returned. No replies to emails or on the websites contact us page.

Order delivered fine, nice trousers. Had to return as size was wrong. Sent via Royal Mail special delivery, tracked and signed for. Have emailed several times chasing my replacement items with zero replies. Having to initiate a chargeback to get my money back as no replacement items sent and no contact at all.
