If I could give this company a zero I would. This company is a scam. I ordered a jacket which arrived weeks late with a rip in it. I’ve emailed 3 times and no response. Clearly a fraudulent company which ought to be reported.

I really wish I had read these reviews before spending my birthday money from my elderly mother. I feel totally screwed. I ordered boots over 3 weeks ago and was told they were dispatched on the 19 of September and would take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered. I have sent 2 emails and not had a reply. The website looks very professional. Can I take them to the small claims court

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Think shipped from China. Fabric quality awful. Sent emails to company and completed their contact form but no response. Do not buy anything from this company they are scammers

They are a scam company like everyone else has already said. You can’t contact them . There are no contact details and they don’t respond to emails !

Item arrived late the print is completely blurred the size would only fit a child and the material and quality is less than poor. On top this I have been trying to send the item back for over a week, no replies on email or web form ... Absolute rip off Mary Jane - I'll be contacting trading standards.

This is a scam website! Dress was terrible quality and material, emailed for a refund 3 times and are ignoring! Avoid!

Scam company. Product took over a month to arrive and is nothing like advertised. Cheap horrible rubbish. Email address is undeliverable.

Id rate this company zero if I could! Product was nothing like the item advertised, really poor quality and didnt have a label of any kind - not even a care label! Ive emailed to ask for a refund and to return the product but have heard nothing so far and there is no telephone number or alternative contact method given.

Hideous! Just received my package after three weeks - not 3-4 days. Absolute rubbish - photo shows a knitted cardigan- what you get is a printed top of cheap sweatshirt material - absolute con - comes from across the water also - not UK as stated in the info! Not even wasting my time trying on - con website - cheap crap from china

This company is a scam, also called themselves Chloe & Liam, Olivia London, etc. Products are bad quality and shipped directly from China. Returns and refunds are nearly impossible and have a charge. Do Not Buy

Awful , don't respond to emails, product sent overseas and isn't even the product I saw advertised online. Do not order from here

Item does not look as described atall. Damaged packaging also. Do not buy from. Waste of money crap material, jacket does not even have same buttons as photo on website. Sent from overseas. Took weeks to arrive. Cancel any purchase to avoid disappointment.

This is a disgusting scam! I ordered what I thought were beautiful knitted cardigans which turned out to be cheap nylon tops with a knitted pattern printed on them! Emailed and used the contact form but getting no reply. I should have known better than order from an Ad on Facebook! Annoyed with myself for being drawn in!

Oh no, I didn't realise that this was a scam.
I have been emailing them without a response too.
I'm going to have to go to my bank to see if they can help.
So I wrote to the alternative email address the day I posted the first review and said that I would be getting in touch with me bank. They never got back to me, but I received a delivery just in the day that the bank would deal with it as fraud containing an order, but they are not as described at all. Not natural materials, one not even the design purchased and all 95%polyester. Utterly miss-sold. Not as described incorrect. I've contacted them again demanding that they wrote back to me and tell me how I can return these misrepresented substandard stuff that's been sent to me for a full refund
Definitely don't buy from this company, its a lie. Off to call my bank again, as I doubt they will actually respond.
