I realised too late that Mason London UK was not a UK company but a scam company from china. I ordered a long champ bag in November. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I eventually found where it had been left it wasn’t there. In the first instance they responded and assured me they would find my incorrectly delivered bag. Not heard from them since 7th January. Probably not likely too either. I suppose if a price seems too good to be true investigate first.

TOO LATE!!!! I bought a Longchamps bag for 40 pounds that never arrived. They sent me a message saying they hoped I liked the bag after 10 days and I haven't received anything. Now, reading the reviews, I realize it's a scam.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. 4 weeks for my item to arrive as it’s in CHINA NOT LONDON AND NOT A BRITISH BRAND LIKE IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE. Anyway tracksuit I ordered arrived today and it looks NOTHING like what was advertised. (AI at its best!!) the stitching is all squint and you could shoot peas through it. For the sake of disappointment, avoid at all costs!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Shocking company!!!

There was no mention of a 3-4 week delivery time as it comes from china. Ordered a tracksuit for my wife which is a completely different colour to the website. The refund process is a joke and refund need to be sent back to china and they warn you that returned product might never make it back because it’s china!

It was the first and last thing I buy from this company

Complete scam tracksuit sizing was 4 sizes out fabric was see through overall cheap tat asked for refund due to sizing and quality was told to get refund I would have to post to china and pay even though it stated uk shipping and refunds if not happy with product on website 3 days later still no return address but they will give me 30% off my next order for correct size ? Total scam

AVOID,AVOID, I wish I had read the reviews first what an idiot. Shoes don't resemble the photo they are cheep Chinese knock offs & too small .I've ended up reluctantly accepting a 30% refund as others say its almost impossible to return them, and they say potentially being lost. And they expect you to pay the p&p, this is FRAUD.

They are a scam. Placed an order with them they told me they runout of stock and gave me an inferior alternative, and still they have not confirmed if the order is being processed and they have not even given me a tracking reference

There website says UK based. It’s not it’s in China.

30 day money back guarantee on returns. But what they don’t tell you is they will make it impossible for you to return it - TO CHINA !!!! Even though it’s a UK based family run business. It really baffles me how they’re allowed to take peoples money.

The cardigan I bought looked like it had been knitted by my Nan, and she has been dead 15 years.
They don't do refunds and give 20% only, after they have taken the tax off.

This company is a shocking SCAM.
My item arrived...not a fabric which resembled photographs. Unfinished cut hems and sleeves - no stitching!
Claimed to be a British brand/ company.
When I contacted customer support to return because item was not as expected, I am told I've to return the item to china/ being told I'm responsible for the shipping and there is a risk it will be lost in transit. Well that's clearly a strategy they use to not refund the cost.
Interestingly the return address on my parcel is 153 Blakeney way cannock WS11 8LD - NOT CHINA
Guess I won't be getting my money refunded when I return the item there then!!

Do not 'buy' anything from this SCAM company. They take your money, inform you the item is on its way but nothing turns up. After several days, there has been no further emails. Be Warned.
You will not receive anything from them.

1. Mason LONDON is misleading. If not, WHY did it take THREE weeks to arrive!
2. This is NOT a Western manufacturer.
3. Size measurements completely wrong. (More suitable for a child or a doll)
4. No mention of what's it's made of. No answer when asked.
5. It is a type of boat neck as shown in photo, but the neck space nearly hits my chin.
6. On some research of where it is coming from, many cities names appear .. London - Toronto amongst them.

This must be another of those Chinese selling points. NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.

Do not use this site!! Ordered over a month ago, still nothing here, and tracking information says its from China, not a UK family business as stated on the site! Since ordering, I have found 4 "sister" sites with the same stuff and site layout but obviously not what they are claiming. They have fake trust pilot reviews when you click to view them its a dud 'link' I've spent £75 on god only knows what nonsense that may eventually get delivered or not! I tried emailing them and got very generic replies and the parcel only moved when I raised the issue weeks ago!

AVOID .. Ordered Teddy fleece jacket , nothing like the brown colour , very cheap looking , lined with cheap lining ,looks awful , I bought the XL , recommended on website , it is nothing like the website , it’s also too short . Also took over 2 weeks to be delivered , and it was sale price at £39.95 .. and sale items can’t be returned

Very sceptical of this brand as its website contains 3 trust pilot reviews with over 800 listed in brackets, yet there appears to be nothing on Trustpilot about it at all! It offers 70% discounts on YSL Le Plage bags but is not an official YSL STOCKIST
