I enjoy that MassPay allows me to get paid from websites located in different countries than mine. One thing about MassPay though, if it’s your first time using the site, you can’t create a MassPay account ahead of time. You have to wait for MassPay receive money for you and when they realize they don’t have an account for you they will email a link to you so you can create an account.

When the website withdraws the money from my account, they send the money to mass pay to deposit into my masspay account for me to later deposit into my bank account or I could just leave it in the mass pay account without incurring any holding fees. Masspay allows you to transfer your balance to most major bank accounts. For a minimum fee.

Payment was quick and easy, when i emailed for help they were kind and helpful.

I loved Masspay. The company as a whole is wonderful. However the site wide errors, the lack of payments despite the capabilities to instant pay, the lack of clarification on said errors with payments. I think they could do better for such.

There service is super fast and they respond very quick to request tickets I have no complaints

This company is so unprofessional. I have never had a problem with them the whole year I been using them until lately. They hold my funds for days when I pay the fees for instant withdrawal. & When I try to contact them I literally receive nothing!!! No response at all. What kind of business is this? It's a joke! I want my money & the fees I paid since I didn't get the service I paid for!!!

I’ve been using masspay for quite a while now. Consistently a wonderful and secure experience. Payouts are fast, the default tfa is great, I love the analytics display. Nothing but great things to say.

TERRIBLE!!! Avoid it! They removed SWIFT payment, so they have only SEPA (for Europe) and PayPal, but that doesn't work. Support did nothing. My money is trapped there.

Customer support must be AI. They give you the same response but won’t address the slow payout. My money is over a week late for the 2nd week in a row.
