I had issues withdrawing my funds on a Thursday around 1:00 pm. I opened a support ticket and got a response hours later that the issue was being sent to another department for resolution. Then Friday came and went... then Saturday came and went... then Sunday came and went. The entire time I'm initiating communication by sending emails requesting updates. Final i got response on MONDAY telling my card could NOT received deposits (when it's the SAME card I've been using for a year or so) and it's NOT expired.

I received my money in less than 5mins great service
I have read that a lot of people have delays for like 5 days while withdrawing money from masspay but mine literally i received in less than 5mins and i used sepa, is my first time using masspay too im so happy great service✌🏻
