My latest transaction with mass pay is terrible, first it took waay longer than expected and then it was cancelled after reaching out to the customer they told me that my name doesn’t match the details which is absurd because my details are saved in the system so everything transaction is pretty much automatic meaning the issue with the names isn’t my fault and I found it funny that it’s happening when I’m transaction a slight larger sum of money than the other transactions. Also my money is “missing” in my account, I need my money masspay!

My experience with Masspay is incredibly bad. The money withdrawal request to Hong Kong bank was rejected repeatedly. Their customer support respond quick ya but apparently they are not knowledgeable, not eager to solve the problem and simply dragging. This has been 4 months and the money is still locked in the Masspay account. I provided all supporting documents and screen recordingly diligently and MASSPAY SUCKS.

Update: I made a complaint to Masspay. They acknowledged that CS staff was indeed out of line, and they fixed the withdrawal issue in less than 24 hrs.

There was agents helping me through my experience and also helped me thru each step that I very much appreciate!
