It was my first time using Masspay, and everything was great, from creating the account to making the payment, thank you.

Seems good EXCEPT... NO help/chat or faqs
The only main issue that I see with this is that on the masspay.io "account" page (where you check all the analytics for your account) and/or seemingly anywhere else on their site, there is NO "chat" or "help" or "contact us" or even a "FAQ" option... Kinda frustrating if you ask me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was supposed to receive my pay Friday, and it is now past 2 pm on a Monday- (was "sent" according to them on Weds)
Not only has it been 6 hours with NO resolution (my bank has NOTHING pending from them at all)- the only way my bank can even look into it is with a Trace ID- which I am STILL WAITING FOR 6 HOURS LATER-
They also have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE so you have to rely on these tedious and frustratingly slow support tickets you have to send that seem to be answered by a different person every time.
Finally, their fees are eggregious. They wont give me basic info so my bank can track what is happening and at this point, I consider it stealing.

Stole money right out of my checking account
I just had 120 stolen right out of my bank by these people and cannot get any help from them. Just a smart response email. How can a company just take money out of your account for no reason. Do they have the ability to just steal money whenever they want because you have given them you information. All of your information and bank details. Now they can do what they want. Proof of what happened to me. Just took money out of my account with no warning, no reason whatsoever. Then I ask for help figuring out why this happened and they just brush you off. 120 might not be a lot to them and it’s nothing but it’s a lot to some people. To just see that money taken out of my account with a date from over a year ago. How is this possible.
Update. Masspay did email me back and pretty much said we didn’t take it, even though it had their name was the one who took the money out of my bank. I ended up getting it back but with no help from masspay. They just said oh sorry it was a mistake. Contact these people. So I had to contact an online sweepstakes casino and thankfully they sent it back. After having to wait. Now this whole thing took weeks to get back. 120 is a lot to some. I’ve never had a problem with masspay and it’s not just them I blame. My bank should never have allowed this to happen. If a company can just go into your bank and make a debit charge to your card without your permission. That is shady. But I did get the money back but like I said should never have happened.

Fast transfers, easy interface to interact with, great design & works smooth
I love the fast transfers. Particularly the Venmo transfers! I love that it doesn't take a long time. I usually receive my funds within 3 days after my Throne let's me withdraw.
I wish the bank transfer didn't take a day but it is okay to me when I have the venmo option. Multiple withdrawal options is a good feature to have.
I think the people of MassPay do a wonderful job transferring and protecting my funds and I hope it remains that way. As a creator, we should be able to trust our payment platforms. ♡

Took £20 from me
It took my money what was already in GBP £75 and turned it into USD$75. So automatically I've lost money. And lost £20 off my original withdrawal? Not using again.
