Vaccine unavailable
I made an appointment via telephone to get a Rabies vaccine. At the time of the appointment I verified that they had the Rabies vaccine in stock because I had rung around a few places and was unable to find it. When I showed up to the appointment they charged me for a travel consultation which I didn't need and did not have a Rabies vaccine which I had booked. If you get there make sure they have the vaccine available before doing the travel consultation.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, especially after you had taken the time to confirm vaccine availability in advance.
Unfortunately, vaccine stock levels can sometimes change at short notice and are outside of our direct control. That said, you should have been informed of any issues before your appointment, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.

Ms Khairulanwar was really knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I would definitely recommend Masta in Horsforth to anyone looking to get travel vaccinations, especially if you are nervous about it.

Pharmacist very unfamiliar with process
Nurse consultation very informative and useful. Pharmacist took a significant amount of time to complete consultation with various computer issues (>1.5 hours for 2 vaccinations) and tried to charge £1400 for the vaccines when the true bill was £264.

Excellent service
Even though we were late to our appointment, we were treated well and were given excellent service with the inoculations required. Also given advice about Malaria tablets to take nearer the date of our vacation.

We visited the MASTA clinic in Steyning in preparation for my son’s school trip abroad. The booking process was easy and straightforward and the appointment went very well. We were clearly told what vaccinations were needed and a plan was made for each of them. I would and have already highly recommended them.

The lady I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable. I had had conflicting advice from other nursing/pharmacy staff but this lady was crystal clear and knew exactly what I needed.

Really helpful to talk to Masta Nurse on which vaccinations were necessary. She had experience of where were were visiting and was full of helpful advice. We have used MASTA before and I will definitely do so again.
