The actual result I got looked awful, especially considering that it took a week to make. I want to get a refund for it, but customer service hasn’t responded to my message, and likely will not respond to it in the time before it starts to ship to me. I figured I’d be able to get a preview before fully finalizing payment, but no. Absolute waste of money with an unresponsive team behind it.

I ordered over a week ago, and still do not even have a preview. This was for a gift, I didn’t think it would take weeks, as I have ordered before and turn around was quick. Why have I not been even sent a preview? It’s been over a week

I must admit that the portrait i received was a beautiful thing indeed. I was impressed with the quality of work, truly amazing…

Placed an order, had to follow up about order because I had been ghosted, never received order & company is refusing refund.

I paid extra to have it done quick little to no communication. Not super impressed.

What a disappointing experience I have had with this company. As I waited over 5 weeks for this order, it comes today in a cheap photograph that I could have done on my computer! I can’t tell you how awful and cheesy it is…. Also, it was suppose to be on canvas like a previous order I ordered…. Never again

I received one of these as a gift, it’s looks awesome. I purchased this for someone else and it’s not as nice. The head looks like I photo-shopped it myself. It’s not blended well even after I had multiple corrections. It’s nice but not awesome.

The response time of revision and care for my wishes was very considerate.

I was not satisfied with my first presentation, it was redone within days at no extra cost. My second portrait was beautiful ❤️😌❤️😘

I have not received my order as of today. It stated it will arrive 1-2 weeks. My experience is pending.

The artwork I requested is not what was automatically approved by YOUR representatives. When there was a problem with my photos, you delayed processing until I responded. The same courtesy should be applied when e-mailed for approval. I am completely dissatisfied with this art and the procedure.

I love the concept, but the process is so slow and clunky it is nearly unuseable. Having to submit something and then wait 3 days and then make a comment and then wait 3 days and so on is too much. I would never use or recommend this site again unless you develop some kind of preview tool to expedite the process and time frame.

It was everything I hoped for and more it looks truly amazing. All that I can say is good job and thanks alot.
