AWe engaged Warner Builders (Scott Warner) to install a new roof and guttering. We were pleased with the work carried out. It was carried out safely, efficiently and on budget. Any snags were addressed quickly. All the staff were punctual and courteous. Mr Warner provided a 20 year guarantee for the roof. The Local Authority Building Inspector who examined the work gave it the okay and we received the appropriate inspection documentation.
The roofer subcontracted by Warner Builder's was excellent and a true professional.

Mike & his team renovated our garage with a new roof, all new timbers & new doors & rebuilt a garden wall. We were delighted with the work & with dealing with Mike & his team so a few months later we had them to tarmac our long driveway & build an en suite shower room. Again highly delighted with the workmanship, all the guys were friendly and Mike kept a close eye on the jobs as they progressed. Would certainly employ them again & recommend them.

Took a little longer than expected partly do to specialist trade availability but that seams to be the normal issue in Cornwall.

Very good communication and very quick to provide recommendations. We did at times find the communication to be too frequent but the alternative would’ve also been frustrating. Overall recommend using MT to find a good builder for large projects.

My build was unusual as we had bought a plot with planning permission, which was due to expire within 3 months; and a timber frame that had already been ordered by the sellers. After meeting Jamie, following an enquiry through the Association of Master Trades Men, he agreed to take on the build. Jamie provided a fixed price quote, with a detailed breakdown, and arranged to break ground before the deadline.

We were always notified what work was being carried out and when, and provided great recommendations (other tradesman) for heating, flooring and kitchen design.

He also ensure that all of the necessary sign off were received.

The work was completed 18 months later, on budget, baring some added cost due to adding foundation work that was required by the structural engineer.

We found Jamie and his team to be friendly, reliable and trustworthy, and would be happy to recommend him.

All in all an enjoyable experience for a self build house.

I found a contractor very easily through Master Tradesman. Received an email recommending two contractors and some guidance, shortly after a quick call about my requirements. One of the contractors contacted me on the same day - the contractor I chose in the end. The work is done with high quality.

From the get go you could tell these guys knew exactly what there doing, clean polite and professional, the three things you look for, the price was very competitive but there response time sold us. Many thanks to the team.

ADM Improvements helped investigate and then correct a structural/roof problem that had appeared in my Canterbury townhouse. I had feared that putting the matter right would prove very complicated and expensive, but they made light work of the problem.

Due to unseen issues, none of which were the fault of Steve and his team, the job became very difficult and many problems developed.

Steve handled and rectified all the issues with professionalism, calmness and liaised with all the third parties (structural engineers, steel fabricators and planning) with competence and patience giving advice where required.

The quality of his work is outstanding, which reflects on his knowledge and his continued strive for perfection.

I cannot recommend Steve enough and will definitely be using his talents in the future.

Very professional and efficient, the work was of a high standard, and fully costed. The cost was brken down into three sections, and no money was asked for until each section was satisfactorily completed. If I ever need any more building work doing I now know exactly where to go. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ben and his team were amazing. They always cleaned up to a very high standard at the end of the day. The whole team were polite, courteous and very respectful of our home. The job they completed was done to a very high standard and nothing was ever a problem. They were very accomodating to any slight changes we wanted to make and took extra care with closing doors due to us having a dog. We cannot recommend them highly enough and absolutley would ask them back for any future work.

Master Tradesmen were really helpful whilst I was trying to get quotes to build a garage. They followed up at every stage checking that builders had followed up and provided an estimate. I accepted one of the quotes obtained through Master Tradesmen and my trust in them was rewarded. The builder was professional, obliging and trustworthy. The build took longer than expected because we had a prolonged period of rain all day and everyday. The quote was reasonable and the finish was excellent. I would definitely recommend ATP construction.

We found our builder Tim Reynolds from Audnum Build for our extension through master tradesmen and were really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. The service matched us very quickly with a few builders and we booked in Audnum Build shortly after that. It was helpful to see reviews of the builders online and would definitely recommend this anyone.

All works were done on time, when an issue with the original structural plan became apparent he liased with our structural engineer to agree a way forward.
Costs were fair for the work and made by stage payments.
Overall very happy with the work and would recommend this builder.

The association contacted me throughout the work to make sure i was happy with all spects of the work and the service provided. They also offered advice on selecting a builder and provided references.
