Matrix Limos  Opiniões

Rafiq was excellent, punctual, pleasant and efficient!

Atou was prompt, courteous and pleasant, drove carefully, and delivered us to the door
with our bags. Car very clean and comfortable.

Driver Abdul was on time driving a Cadillac Escalade
It was dark and raining. Initially there was heavy traffic due to an accident. The car’s suspension was not good as we felt every bump in the road. Once we cleared traffic, the rain increased as did Abdul’s speed, hitting more than 70 and at times 80. We experienced several hydroplaning incidents. None of us were comfortable talking to him about the speed which was excessive in the dark and rainy conditions exacerbated by wet leaves. We all felt lucky to have arrived safely.

Great driver, very polite and on schedule. Texted ahead of time. Very happy with service.

Excellent service! Very reliable and professional.

Matrix is the best. Always there, always on time, great cars, great drivers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

on time arrived quickly helped with bags

We miscalculated how long our trip to the airport would take & as a result risked missing our flight. Our driver recognized the problem immediately and drove aggressively, but very safely, to get us there on time. He recognized slowed traffic and took detours that only an experienced driver would understand. We never felt concern for our safety. Great job. I'd ride with this gentleman anytime!

The worst unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Never using this company again. The messed up entire vacation with the nonsense. I honestly don’t think they are licensed with the TLC. Use them at your own risk.

I have used Matrix for well over 10 years for airport drop-offs and pick ups. They have always been on time and dependable. Cars were clean, and drivers were professional.

My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.

Driver was on time, the car was clean and he knew how to negotiate LaGurdia Airport. Great Service. I would reccomend using Matrix, my family and I have been using the service for about 6 years.

I used Matrix for a r/t pick up at the airport for me and my family. They were reliable, on time, and easy to work with.

First time using Matrix. Our driver Osamah was a complete gentleman and great driver. I will spread the word about matrix.

The app won’t download to an iPad.
Online won’t accept my ID and password, have to book as a guest, twice in the past month
It never accepts the $20 round trip credit offered via email
Driver was twenty minutes late fo an airport run

Good job, very nice, on time.
Very dependable company.

Maruf contacted me and we met quickly after I disembarked the airplane. He was courteous, friendly and was able to get around traffic. Manuf is a wonderful asset to matrix. Hope to get him again in the future. Thank you

On time, courteous, excellent driver

My driver was prompt and professional. My flight was due in at 10:02pm and arrived at 2:26am and Matrix was there. I was a routine customer pre-pandemic and this was my first trip in over a year. Car was clean, driver wore mask felt very safe.
