Matrix Limos  Opiniões

Great service. Very professional and kind.

The driver was courteous, texted before he arrived to give us time to get organized and outside, and made good time getting to the airport.

Matrix is the best. Always reliable, always on time, always responsive, always friendly. I will always use them!

Quality, respectful drivers in clean cars and very professional across the board. Good communication as well every step of the way, and fair pricing. Thank you

Excellent, careful, friendly driver who wore a mask. Came early, got me there ahead of time but didn't drive recklessly.

My son and his wife, who live in Central Asia, used Matrix four times in December-January, to or from JFK, including to & from Florida, plus a round trip, taking his wife to her departing flight home from Newark Airport, waiting 'till she processed and
then driving our son back to stay another week with us here in Yonkers. Our son was very pleased with all your drivers, professional and competent, and my wife and I were very pleased with your dispatchers, also excellent professional service in all respects. We look forward to using Matrix when they come here again in July. We also feel your charges were reasonable, esp. when the wait time at Newark for my son to see his wife processed was much longer than anticipated, and you did not increase the bill any more than what it was originally to be. Also, our telephone communications with the dispatchers were excellent. We are repeat customers in that we used your service two years ago in his last visit. We look
forward to using you again on their next visit, probably in July. Sincerely, Ernie S.

Our driver showed up a few minutes early which was a relief because we had an earlier flight. He waited in our drive way until we met him outside. He kindly loaded our luggage into his suv. His SUV was in clean, superior condition. No issues with the drive or drop off at JFK. Will use again!

I returned from my trip on a Sunday night under bad weather (snow and rain). My driver was very patient and friendly. It took a long time for my suitcase to come out but this was no problem for him. UBER is cheaper but not better. I recommend Matrix Limo.

Reliable, reasonably priced and very communicative from booking through drop off. Highly recommend.

We have an excellent review using Matrix today. Car was on time and the driver was excellent. Very positive!! Thank you

It you want Good Service, Safety and be where you need to go on time Matrix Limo is for you! The genuine professionalism provided is worth your trip!

I was extremely satisfied with my limo drivers Maruf and Rafiq: they were both very kind and helpful to me getting in and out of the car and made sure that I got safely into the house of my destination as well as my building on my return.

Bro can we work in Dubai on your platefarm we have luxery cars like luxes Infiniti with profaisanal drivers

Outstanding service this eve from la guardia airport. There for pickup on time and efficient drive home in spite of normal rush hour traffic. Thank you.

Poran was excellent! He got me to the venue and back home safely He was friendly and kind. I will request him again for sure.

Excellent and dependable service. Great communication for confirming and for pick up. Pleasant courteous chauffeur. Poran was terrific

Driver never arrived! We had to scramble to get an Uber driver for the 1hr ride in order to make our flight at JFK airport! This was at 5 AM the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No answer on driver's cell phone, or automated notification number, or company supplied number. Still, after 48hrs, no one has contacted me with an apology or explanation. After 10 years of using this service we will be switching companies!

On time, clean car. Our driver, Poran was an excellent driver. Fast, safe, comfortable and reliable service. Would definitely use again.

We've always been very happy with Matrix's service, reliability, availability and prompt communication (24/7). We recently had a last minute change in airports and arrival time, and Matrix was a lifesaver, finding an unscheduled driver for a midnight pick-up on a Friday night. Thank you Matrix - you have our continued loyalty!

For the booking, prices are fair and responses are quick, plus they're understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. Pick up was solid. I received a text from the driver telling me he was there, then he told me exactly where to meet him for the pickup. Ride was smooth with no issues. Would book again with Matrix for sure!
