Love Matrix. So easy to book a ride online or on the app. Prices are reasonable, and they're always reliable.

Matrix is Awesome! I highly recommend them! Very reliable and so nice! Manuel was so kind upon pick up and the ride home. Everything was so clean and I felt very safe.

Great service, on time and courteous.

Our driver Marc arrived on time and got us to our destination on time
He is an excellent driver and I felt safe. Would recommend Matrix highly. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the prompt and accurate response and courteous service.
I accidently entered an incorrect email address and when i called to confirm, the person who responded found my reservation immediately, saw the error, corrected it and I got my confirmation rapidly. The driver was on time, texted me, and the car was clean, without any odors.
Very pleased with the service.

I love Matrix. I have been using them for about a year and every experience has been good. Drivers are professional, cars are clean and they are always on time. I also think their rates are very competitive.

Great ride! Awesome professionalism! Clean and efficient cars ☺️👌
Thank you!!

Great service...great driver! Always on time, always professional.

Our driver was polite and friendly despite our flight being delayed by 4 hours and not getting in until 1 am. He drove well and got us home on time.

The driver was sent to the right address, wrong town. No fault of his! So, he was over 1/2 hour late picking me up - again, not his fault! The problem was that I had a plane to catch, an hour drive to White Plains. The driver was fabulous - got me there with just barely enough time to get through security and board my plane - 5 whole minutes to spare! Please thank him for me. He did a great job.

My driver was outside before I was
Ready to go. Helped me with my bags and drove to the train station in a decent time. I’ve used this company before. Very pleased with the service.

Always great service!

The minute my plan landed I had a text that my driver, Emanuel, was outside waiting for me. He pulled right up to arrivals and I had a very smooth ride home. I am a repeat customer and have always been very happy with their service.

Excellent service, reliable, great prices to the airport

Both my trip to the airport and return were excellent. Pick up to the airport was on-time and prompt. Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location.

Although I do not travel often, every time I need your service I can depend on you. You are the best!

Excellent driver. Thanks Mohammed

Reliable service, great driver, would highly recommend again!

Driver was on time, picking me up promptly in a nice, clean car. Friendly, courteous and attentive.

Up until recently, I've had nothing but good experiences with Matrix. On my latest round trip to the airport however, I had issues with both trips. On the ride there, our driver checked his texts several times on his phone...that's unacceptable and he needs to know that. On the return home, the car had one headlight out (on a rainy, dark night) and he was going way too fast on I-684 (over 80 mph). Again...unacceptable. I like Matrix and they've generally given me good service, but they need to improve their service going forward.
