Mattioli looked after Mum and Dad's investments for over 20 years, and provided excellent service, great financial advice and were responsive to their needs. After the passing of both parents, they serviced the executors of the estate in a first class manner and were available via email, phone and WA to help us deal with IHT and Probate, even during the holiday period.

I set up a Stocks and Shares ISA with them starting at £10k. 5 years later it was worth £7.2k. Be very careful.

Mattioli woods is a pension company that charges £335 PER HOUR FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT!! This is a figure taken from my last invoice. The productivity of the admin assistant isn’t quick so they have a license to print money.
I have now moved our pension, they provided a very mediocre service for a high price.
BEWARE THEIR CHARGES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH AND SERVICE IS NOT GOOD!

This company is very poor, fails to send invoices, we have to constantly chase them to get anything so unprofessional , be warned do ot use them.

Working with Mattioli Woods is a pleasure: they take time and care to talk through options, explain the landscape of national and international finances, and provide sound advice on what to do with investments. They also take care to look at legacy planning and teaching my family about money and how to look after it - I highly reccommend.
