Zeker weten de ‘beste’ gitaar zaak in mijn ogen! Ik heb onlangs na een aantal jaren sparen weer eens uitgepakt met een prachtige Nash gitaar.
Wat jaartjes eerder een masterbuilt strat ingeruild voor een CS Clapton Strat. Over de jaren heen heb ik Max Guitar zien groeien en ben ik zwaar onder de indruk geraakt van het assortiment en ook zeker de sfeer en service in de zaak zelf.
Ik ben zelf groot fan van Eastman en Fender en dus is Max daarom ook een walhalla voor mij. Maar er is nog zoveel keuze. Je kan er terecht voor een gitaar van 50 ruggen maar ook voor een beginners gitaar. En het fijne is dat je ook echt persoonlijke aandacht krijgt én dat ze je gitaar naar wens ter plekke afstellen en zonodig nog even na lopen.
Mijn volgende aankoop wordt een J-200 of een Clapton custom shop. Of wellicht eerst nog een nieuwe buizen versterker..
Het is bizar dat je eigenlijk alles wat er op gitaar gebied is, hier te vinden is, in 1 winkel!
Ik ben er van overtuigd dat ze hun collega’s (concurrenten) zijn voorbij gestreefd, die niet mals is in NL. Hopelijk blijven ze ook echt een winkel waarin je nog een authentiek gevoel hebt wanneer je naar binnen loopt en waarbij real life people je te woord staan en je helpen met het vinden van jouw droom gitaar. Het menselijke aspect, dus de omgang van de medewerken met de klant, weegt zwaar mee voor mij bij de aanschaf van een gitaar. Ik wil met een goed gevoel een zaak in en uitlopen. Als dat goede gevoel blijft bij het inlopen van dan is de kans zeeeer groot dat ik er met een gitaar uitloop. En anders maar gewoon een mooie gitaarband of desnoods een plectrum.

Waanzinnig mooie Nik Huber Orca ‘59 aangeschaft bij Max Guitars! Al veel geweldige en ook echt bijzondere gitaren bij Robbert aangeschaft in de vele jaren dat ik nu al bij Max Guitars kom, maar dit is denk ik toch wel by far the best of all! Dank ook nu weer voor het prettige contact en de goede service.

Last week Robert from Max Guitar called me with great news, He said my new Lakewood M32 custom is finished and I could pick it up.

I have the guitar for one week now and want to say that I'm very pleased with it. It's a wonderful guitar, it looks, sounds and plays better than i expected.
The initials on the 12th fret also came out perfectly.

I want to give Martin Seelinger and his team from Lakewood big compliments for their professional craftsmanship.

I also want to thank Robert and his team from Max Guitar for their great service, thank you Robert!.

Bij Max Guitar heb ik een gitaar gekocht waar ik achteraf niet helemaal tevreden over was. Geen probleem bij Max Guitar; ik kon deze gitaar voor de verkoopwaarde inruilen en heb gisteren een andere gitaar gekocht. De service en klantgerichtheid bij Max Guitar is top. Aanrader deze gitaar winkel.

Payment through Paypal was a breeze. I ordered and paid the guitar at the end of the week. On Monday I got the invoice and an update on the shipping. 2 days later the guitar arrived to Hungary without any problems - shipping via UPS was great. Great experience overall and the instrument is gorgeous!

Ik wilde jullie nogmaals bedanken voor de service beurt van mijn Jazz master II die ik verleden week heb gehad , De gitaar is een andere gitaar geworden, de Tremelo uit elkaar gehaald .pookje iets lager gezet ( iets verbogen naar beneden). Goed afgesteld Kwa actie, de achterbrug zadeltjes lopen goed mee met radius hals ,,, top kam wat in gevijld. Goed advies voor mij persoonlijke wens kwa snaren set 0.11-49.
Wat ik gaaf vindt is de passie die hij heeft om te luisteren naar mijn wensen, zo geweldig blij mee .
de Jazzmaster II speelt zo makkelijk nu .
Ik had al een taart neer gezet voor iedereen .
maar thuis gekomen en in de band pak ik steeds vaker mijn Jazzmaster vintage II. laat het ff Robbert weten dat de luthier geweldig werk verricht , hij verdient het beste,

I recently bought a used Gibson Les Paul 50s from Max Guitar. Unfortunately I couldn’t go to the shop because I live in Munich, but Robbert was very helpful and answered all my questions.
They did a setup according to my preference and sent the guitar on the same day.
It arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described.

I hope to come to The Hague some time in the future to visit the shop! :)

Was chasing a guitar pedal that’s backordered all over the world. Ordered in 3 different shops because they said units were available but then waiting time went up to 12 months. In between I ordered at Max Guitars but cancelled my order, then asked them to keep my order on hold until I let them know because I was waiting for another shop to confirm availability. At the end Max Guitars were the only ones with the pedal truly in stock. But most importantly staff was patient with me, service was incredibly friendly and mail exchange extremely fast. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Besides helpful answers they are very friendly and do try to help you out even if you cant come to the shop.
