Disappointing Experience with MaxGaming
I purchased two mice from MaxGaming and paid for them in advance. However, when the package arrived, it only contained one mouse. I took a photo of the package and sent it to their customer service, explaining the issue and asking for the missing item. Their response was that they had checked the weight of the parcel and everything appeared fine from their side. I pointed out that the package was too small for two items, which was clearly shown in the photo I sent, but they never replied to my email.
To make matters worse, I neither received the second mouse nor a refund. This experience has made me realize that shopping with MaxGaming is not worth the risk. In the future, I will stick to trusted retailers like Amazon, where I know I can expect better customer service and reliability.

Schneller Versand- Langsamer Service
Schneller Versand aus DE. Leider werden retouren über Schweden in Englisch abgewickelt. Wer 2-3 Wochen warten kann…. Ich muss mir derweil Ersatz kaufen damit ich arbeiten kann. Das geht anders bestimmt schneller

Leider Enttäuscht
Nach mehreren guten Bestellungen bei denen alles funktioniert hat wurde ich nun enttäuscht. Ein Teil des Artikels der die Funktion beeinträchtigt fehlt und seit über einer Woche keine Rückmeldung vom Support.
