Everything was as described and within all stated times

I ordered a jacket and paid extra for postage, which was supposed to arrive within 4 working days. I’m really disappointed as this was meant to be a birthday present, and now it’s too late to give it. There’s still no update on shipping for order number 31783.

The jacket I ordered seems well made and exactly as described.

Order for 2 balaclavas was delivered but only one in the package, report this and received an acknowledgement …, but to date no second balaclava

A great service the item was not right so I had to sent it back but got the refund (even though it cost me on the returning as no free return policy)

Good product at a really good price.
I've not tested it in heavy rain yet but it has kept me dry in light rain on my 10 mile commute.

The delivery was on time, I take a size large shirt, so ordered the XL 44 which fitted just right, this allows for layers underneath in the cold, excellent value, good quality product.

I ordered boots, jacket, gloves, waterproofs & bag. All arrived in good time and well packaged.

The boot size I ordered was too small. Contacted customer care on WhatsApp and they gave me all the info I needed to return. Next set of boots were prefect and they refunded other boots for me.

It’s really nice to be able to speak to a human on WhatsApp. They took pictures of stock, helped me find alternatives and were very polite, couldn’t ask for a better service!

I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for motorbike gear!

I have to say, I was super impressed with the personal customer service here.
I had to return a pair of jeans for my partner due to sizing and within a couple of days received a text message from an actual human being to check correct size required and to inform me that the product would be dispatched immediately…it arrived promptly and we’re very happy with the jeans…in this day and age where companies online actively make it as difficult and frustrating as possible (deliberately) to contact them, this was a breath of fresh air …long may it continue …I will make a point of shopping with Maximoto again

Hi I am very happy with maximo Moto, they are very prompt at sending out your order, in fact the motorbike boots were delivered within 3 days, once again the boots are for a Christmas present for my husband, I will be ordering a few more items from them as they are such a good reliable company

Horrendous customer service. Waited three weeks for the jacket to arrive, to then be sent a different colour jacket to what I ordered.

I also contacted the support team letting them know that my order had still not arrived after the delivery date I was given when I placed the order to which they replied “your order will be shipped within 24-48hr” no explanation, nothing. The order was not shipped until a week after I contacted them and overall took 3 weeks till it came.
