I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket. Realised two minutes later so emailed straight away. Could not ring as I am deaf. Was absolutely go smacked and delighted when not 5 minutes later I had a reply showing order updated to correct size. What fantastic customer service. Well done.

Pair of gloves I'd ordered were unfortunately out of stock, and customer service helped replace the ordered pair with a diffrent pair after a quick browse, and didn't have me pay the difference for inconvenience. Great! Thankyou!

Maximmoto are are a great company to deal with, promt replies to emails, the delivery is free even to Shetland, also their returns policy is superb as the jacket I ordered for my son, who seem to think he is a lot smaller as he actually is, we had to return them due to his thinking he was 2xl and the 7xl still couldn't fasten. The quality of the products is superb and the service is excellent. I can highly recommend.

Bought the Bela Transformer Touring Suit to do the NC500, although not the best option for Scotland when I did it, you can experience three seasons in an hour, the suit did well. It rained, not surprisingly, although the outer jacket got very wet, the “water resistant layer” (They don’t claim it as being waterproof) kept me bone dry.
Incidentally although not designed for putting over the top of the jacket, the water resistant layer did fit over, hasn’t got any stretch to, it but saved me from getting soaked in a sudden downpour.
The thermal layer I found to be good for late Spring, early Autumn if it got really cold I had to put on an extra layer.
Where the suit came into its own was a week long Pyrenees trip with 13 other bikes. The suit was great in hot weather, light but still reassuring with decent venting. I’m writing this from a hotel in France where we did the toll roads to make our way back to the Eurotunnel with temperatures up to 40 degrees C and the suit did a good job of keeping me cool when riding.
Criticisms, the vent zips are a bit fiddly to undo and do back up, I changed the armour to level 2 armour because I had some in my garage, the level 1 was robust enough but no harm in changing it. I can’t vouch for the abrasion resistance because I haven’t had an off, however it’s rated to level CE level A and clearly labelled inside so I would expect it would provide protection as every other level A suit.
With motorcycle kit you generally get what you pay but the Bela suit seems to provide more than what you pay, it will never come up to the level of the top brands such as RST for example but, if you’re on a budget and maybe, like me, need a touring suit for the occasional tour the Bela suit is excellent value.

I wanted to order an alpinestars suit…
They don’t do price match guarantees at all. Their prices are outdated and when you do send them a price match request (from other retailers), they send an email back with Alpinestars prices. Which is irrelevant to the price match request. So basically their price match system doesn’t exist and they’re not willing to give discounts to customers. Try and avoid these kind of businesses.

Bought a number of quality items at a great price. Really pleased with the customer service I received as well.

Ordered a pair of boots that were not suitable so returned the next day, unfortunately noticed a few weeks later that I had not been refunded, however customer service were super speedy to respond and refund. The returns process could do with being linked to the website.

Great service and products seem very good quality

Really disappointed in this company. I bought a pair of 'ladies' bike jeans. When I tried them on they were too narrow in the legs and too big in the waste. They fitted like mens jeans. When I checked the website I found exactly the same ones in the men's section. I can't emphasise how disappointing it was to find out they are basically advertising mens jeans in the ladies section on their page. Poor show Maximoto! I will not purchare your products again, nor will I recommend you.

Ordered a motorcycle jacket.
No contact received re despatch/delivery.
I contacted this company via email as no answer from landline and mobile number' messaging was full.
I was repeatedly advised the item was pending dispatch.
Waited until after despatch/delivery date and then instructed and obtained a refund via my credit card company.
Then I received a message requesting I cancel my refund via credit card to allow the seller to provide a refund!
They must have thought I came down in the last shower!
Jokers! Best avoided.
