We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated. Insurance policies don’t renew or process payments without notice. Renewal terms, including any pricing changes, are communicated in advance, and payments are only taken in line with those agreements. Premium increases can occur due to underwriting and market factors, even with limited claims history.
That said, we take concerns like this seriously and will be reviewing our processes to ensure everything was handled correctly. We wish you well on your future endeavours.
