All I can say is wow..

All I can say is wow... Maxview stepped in to assist with a replacement cable that was damaged a 2 days before a holiday road trip. The level of care Julie showed, going to find the part, making it sure it was exactly what we needed and then going the extra mile to ensure it would be delivered on a weekend. This level of service is exceptional and very impressive.

Nooit kopen

Nooit kopen. De verkopers van dit apparaat vertellen de mooiste verhalen. Ik heb het nu 4-5 jaar maar geeft alleen maar problemen onderweg. Door de verkoper van caravan zaak Willemse professioneel laten plaatsen. Er was uitleg bij belooft. Nou dat blijkt dus een wassen neus. N.a.v. een vakantie beurs bezoek in Utrecht gesproken met Ziezotec. Die zei dat als ik bij hun een smart tv van Denson zou kopen ik een beschrijving van de Maxview roam zou krijgen waardoor het systeem uitstekend zou moeten werken. Dit bedrijf is ook dealer daarvan. Idd heb ik de installatie info ontvangen maar bleek, omdat ik een van de eerste Maxview roam had, deze niet geschikt was daarvoor. Langs geweest met m’n caravan en zou nu moeten werken. Alles bij elkaar heel veel geld uitgegeven zonder goed resultaat. Die bedrijven geven ook niet thuis als ik om een oplossing vraag. Kijk vanaf nu maar op mijn laptop met mijn iPhone als provider en kijk zonder problemen. Zonde van het geld dat ik uit heb gegeven en dat ik nu moet kijken op mijn laptop. Genoemde bedrijven draag ik - zoals je zult begrijpen- geen warm hart toe.

Great customer service

I bought a Maxview Precision portable satellite system from an electronics firm on the internet about a month ago. After using twice the unit stopped getting power to it. I contacted the electronics firm who completely washed their hands of it and told me to go direct to Maxview. What a difference! Extremely helpful and gave the opinion is was probably the coax cable. Sent out a replacement cable which I got the following day. Connected it up and it’s back working. You don’t often get customer service as good as this these days. Very helpful 👍

Bought a VuQube 2 just over a year ago…

Bought a VuQube 2 just over a year ago last week it started acting up and would not lock on to the satellite sent it back to maxview for repair they received it on Tuesday and I had it back on the Thursday morning fully repair fantastic customer service and care would highly recommend them

Simple and effective

I was naturally suspicious when offered to try this product for free, but it is actually a really great design! Really simple and easy to use, and allows fresh air to flow in with the blind closed. I actually use it during the day as I have the blinds down to keep the room cool. When not in use, I just fold it back down against the wall, so there's no need to keep putting it up and down.

VuQube Repair - Customer Service

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Maxview. Their customer service is refreshingly exceptional. We have a Maxview VuQube2 that unfortunately broke due to an error on our part. Despite this and it being out of warranty, I decided to send it off for repair, fully bracing myself for a hefty bill.
To my delight, the process was incredibly swift and painless. I sent the Vucube to Maxview for a midday delivery with Royal Mail on Monday, 18th August. By Tuesday afternoon, 19th August, I had it back via DHL, all repaired, refitted on our motorhome and in perfect working condition. To top it off, there were no charges! This level of customer care is rare and truly outstanding.
Maxview's service went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't be more impressed with their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction, and no, I don’t have any affiliation to Maxview before buying this VuQube2. I had to do a search to fully understand who they are – A British manufacturing company providing brilliant stand-out service. Couldn’t be better.

Living with the Maxview Roam 5G

Purchasing the equipment for a Maxview Roam 5G install in my camper van was straightforward as was purchasing the roof bracket and inlet housings for the four coax leads when I realised a side entry was the better option for me given my insulated and sealed roof.
Setting the unit up was also straightforward, there is just one user of the system (me) so I subscribed for the medium usage contract at £89/year which was supposed to be adequate for my usage with a data allowance of 4GB/month. Well, 4GB really doesn’t last very long and you are soon hot-stepping it to ‘Broadband Go Ltd’ for a data top-up.So far since early July I have had to purchase an additional 50 GB of data at a cost of £89.
As most of you will know the system works on a data SIM but this unit cannot be used with an eSIM so the option of buying online is limited when looking for a SIM that covers EU roaming. I am writing this review from a campsite in the French Alps and find the system rather slow. My experience in other countries is similar; it gets there in the end but it isn’t fast. Not withstanding the SIM costs, I am left wondering if my £800 would have been better spent on a Starlink System?

Hi George, if you have a half-decent signal with your SIM you should be getting good speeds with the Roam 5G. It varies of course but with some signal you should be getting 50mbps download, up to 300mbps if the signal is really good.

If you do not experience these speeds at all it may suggest there is a fault somewhere.

Regarding BroadbandGo's data packages, they are a premium price because you are using all 4 networks to optimise coverage, I would suggest to get a local SIM which is unlimited data for a cheaper tarrif, especially if you are using for streaming as this will burn through a lot of data.

On a side note with BroadbandGo's app they may have a setting turned on called "Data Saver" this will restrict the speeds of the SIM.

Just to be clear, Maxview and BroadbandGo are two separate companies, we use their SIM to get people started and as a nice option for using all 4 networks if coverage is important, for high data usage though it can be expensive compared to traditional unlimited tarrifs.

Anyone that has left a bad review for…

Anyone that has left a bad review for this company or any of their products, remember people alot of people are also difficult and hard to deal with. This company is 1st class in all they do..and go above and beyond with their customers. New products experience problems from time to time, remembering we are in an ever evolving world 🌎 with temps and climates changing all the time.. so please be patient people with any tech these days and you will be looked after promptly I assure you.. thankyou to all at Maxview uk for your professionalism xx

Fantastic customer service at their factory.

Had to visit as there was a problem with our Target Sat dish not retracting.
But two production staff there, Brian and Kirsty, went WAY beyond in order to help us, fix the problem quickly, professionally and with great humour. Kirsty even worked through her break to help us.
I have genuinely never met two people more dedicated to delighting a customer...Maxview are very lucky to have two such fantastic ambassadors for their company.
Our heartfelt thanks to you both.

we had an issue with our Maxview roam…

we had an issue with our Maxview roam connecting to the internet. Tried for hours with the sim provider no resolve, we called Maxview and a lovely lady called Vicky walked me through the resolve and the system is up and running perfectly.

Considering this kit is 4 years old and still having access to quality customer is excellent.

Well done Maxview Ltd ( and of course Vicky 😇)

Werkt prima op de simcard maar inloggen via de app op de router is 1 groot drama.

Plug en play is ze kunnen beter zeggen plug en PLEE.

Zonde van je geld je kan er beter een keer voor uit eten gaan.

Als ik vooraf geweten had wat een drama dit product is had ik het NOOIT gekocht Bagger Product

I will say that we have had some unusually bad problems with the app recently due to SIM cards now coming as default IPV6 instead of IPV4, what that has meant is that we are rushing to re-develop the app to adapt to this but it hasn't been easy or quick.

What fantastic support provided

We had an issue with the fuse rail breaking in our Maxview connect control box. Asked for us to send it to them. Within a week it was returned and fixed, plus updates installed. Such an excellent service and very helpful customer service team, thank you.

Wow The Roam 5g 4x4 in Europe

We had a Roam 5g 4x4 fitted last October and has work faultlessly in Uk and are now putting it to the test in Europe
Currently in the south of France and using a IQ go sim the Roam has worked all the way down and has given us brilliant WiFi with no problems
Now we are in south of France and it still continues it work perfectly on full 5G with over 250mbps down load and 60 mbps upload
No dropping out
This brilliant unit is perfect for the motorhomer on the go

Great Tech Support

I just wanted to register my Thanks to Lee & Vicky @ Maxview support, in solving our Teltonika Router connection issue … We visited Maxview in May 2022 and liked the Company/Products. Your tech support and experience is why we bought from Maxview for our ‘Fifth Wheel’, when it was built in late 2022. We have ‘Roam X’ Mobile Internet & a Roof Mounted ‘Connect’ Satellite Dish for Sky Q, which works well in the EU … You have provided an excellent support service ….. Thanks.
