Alex Marr has been my solicitor throughout the purchase and he has been wonderful. I am English so Scottish law on conveyancing was hard to understand, but Alex guided me through the process in a calm and confident manner. From my experience with Alex I would certainly use McEwan Fraser for my legal requirements in the future.

I honestly can’t recommend Jamie enough. From the initial valuation through to accepting our formal offer, he has been incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. He took care of everything, helped with viewings, answered all our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. He reassured me that he would be there throughout the whole process — and he genuinely has been.

Our property in Cockenzie (EH32) was only on the market for a month before we accepted a formal offer, which is a fantastic result. Jamie’s expertise clearly made a real difference. From his first visit to our property to provide the valuation, I could see that he is passionate about what he does, has an excellent work ethic and genuinely cares about providing the best service for his clients. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
