Both my boys love training at McGowan Muay Thai. It’s not just a gym to them it’s like family with kru dan, the other coaches and students being so friendly and welcoming. There is no better place for our boys to train and they feel so comfortable at McGowan Muay Thai. For them to travel an hour to and from the gym multiple times a week speaks volumes to how good the place is! Highly recommend 👌

Daniel and his team run a great gym, which is well equipped, tidy and well maintained. The knowledge and high level of technique is evidently present in training at all times.

Son has been going to Mcgowan for around 6 weeks. It’s a great setup for adults and children. Welcoming for newcomers and a really positive vibe. Dan has taken the time to talk to the juniors about mindset and motivation, which is such an important aspect as well as the physical side.

Great gym and with some of the best coaches in county! Really professional management and hygiene is always on point.

McGowan Muay Thai (MMT) is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The facilities are excellent—clean, well-equipped, and clearly maintained to a high standard. But what really sets MMT apart is the atmosphere and the people.

There’s a wealth of knowledge under one roof, with experienced coaches who know how to bring out the best in everyone, whether you’re training to compete or just looking to get fit and learn a new skill. The gym has a great balance, with serious fighters training alongside complete beginners, all in a supportive and respectful environment.

Amazing gym that's really helped my daughter who struggles with learning difficulties. Daniel and the trainer's at McGowan Muay Thai are very experienced and cater for all needs whether your a beginner or a full time fighter you really won't go wrong. I would 100% recommend Daniel and all the staff.

My son Igor found the trainers being very helpful, he found the atmosphere welcoming and the demonstrations very clear.He found the coaches friendly and their advice was very constructive.He has very few criticisms as he enjoyed his time at the gym although the warmup were sometimes repetitive.

Love the morning classes before I start work. My office is on the same estate so makes it ideal to start my day with a proper session with excellent coaches and all round great vibes 🙌🏾
