Made 2 orders on MCM.

They put the wrong address for one order, DHL can't find my address, luckily I had to go after them and explained. They finally gave me the parcel. Otherwise DHL would return the parcel to MCM. Made a complain via Email, they ignored my Email. No apologize, nothing!!

The other Order, I refused to take it because they couldn't cancel it. Parcel went back to the MCM. After 10 days, no updates, no refunds,.... Customer Service is a joke!

Are you really a high-end luxury brands???

If I can't get my refund or at least a update within this week, I will go after the boss of this company and spam him a tons of Complains about how bad was the service. Let's see if the Customer Service dares to ignore me AGAIN??????

Im Juni 2024 kaufte ich eine Tasche von MCM. Leider haben sich nach kurzer Zeit sämtliche goldene Metallteile verfärbt. Zunächst reklamiert ich den Mangel, eine Reparatur folgte und schließlich bot man mir einen Austausch an. Dem stimmte ich auch zu. Nur leider ist es bis heute nicht dazu gekommen. Etliche Anrufe und Emails werden ignoriert. Das ist wirklich mit Abstand der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe. Also gut überlegen ob man soviel Geld in eine Tasche investiert, wo man als Kunde nicht ernst genommen wird.

Schlechter Service

I purchased a card wallet from MCM four months ago. The glue is already coming up, and I’m quite gentle with it. Since it is now a Korean owned company, quality and customer service has gone in the gutter. Will never buy from them again!!!

Ich kann nichts schlechtes über den Kundenservice sagen. Mir wurde immer (und ich musste den Service öfters kontaktieren) super freundlich und professionell geholfen. Leider muss ich trotzdem eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, diese entsteht aber durch das Produkt. Mein Partner hat mir eine Umhängetasche von MCM geschenkt beim auspacken ist mir aufgefallen, dass am einem Ende vom Reißverschluss dieser nicht sauber verarbeitet ist und der Reißverschluss dadurch sogar das Leder aufgerissen hat… ich musste den Kundenservice kontaktieren und eine Retour wurde eingeleitet. Mein Partner bestellte noch einmal die Tasche und leider war auch diese am Leder schon beschädigt (Schnitt im Leder). Auch diese ging zurück…
Ich finde es schade, dass eine Luxusmarke es wohl nicht hinbekommt fehlerfreie Ware zu liefern. Jetzt versuchen wir es noch einmal (alle guten Dinge sind ja bekanntlich 3) und wenn das wieder so sein sollte lassen wir es.

Kann mich einigen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Qualität ist für die hohen Preise wirklich nicht gut & Reklamation wird einem derart erschwert dass man am Ende einfach resigniert.
Werde nicht mehr dort einkaufen. Dafür ist mir mein Geld zu Schade

This is by far the worst HIGH END company i've EVER dealt with. I made a purchase and within 5 mins called to change my order. I was told they couldn't change it. Even though nothing was even process yet. Also, I couldn't cancel the order. I had to wait to recieve the order and return it and then wait 7-10 for a refund. If anyone is wanting to shop here..... BEWARE!!!!

Qualität entspricht nicht dem hohen Preis. Schlechter Kundenservice. Reklamation fast unmöglich.

Ein sehr freundlicher Herr am Telefon hat sich meinem Problem angenommen... es schnell und kompetent gelöst und mich sogar zurückgerufen..Vielen Dank dafür.

Tasche bestellt und vorab bezahlt, ein Tag später die Nachricht dass die Tasche angeblich nicht lieferbar ist (hatte noch einen Rabattcode verwendet und ein kostenloses Geschenk dazu aufgrund des hohen Gesamtwertes). Dabei war die Tasche im Online Shop weiterhin lieferbar!
Mieser Kundenservice mit Standard Phrasen! Blöd wenn man sein Warenwirtschaftssystem nicht im Griff hat, scheint ja wenn man die Bewertungen hier liest an der Tagesordnung zu sein!

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!!! Reklamation werden einfach komplett ignoriert und das bei so hochpreisigen Taschen. Dann gebe ich demnächst lieber ein bisschen mehr aus und kaufe nur noch Louis Vuitton. Da ist der Kundenservice nämlich weitaus besser.

Bought coins from them on whatnot, what can I say a wonderful company great people and wonderful customer service!!!

Ein Parfüm wurde bestellt u. geliefert. Der Artikel war nicht mehr original verschweißt, d.h. mir wurde ein Artikel zugesendet, welcher bereits schonmal bei einem Anderen Kunden war u. retourniert wurde. Dieser Umstand wurde reklamiert! MCM redet sich mit Umweltinitiative raus.
Tatsache ist, dass das Parfum von seinem vorherigen Empfänger nicht nur ausgepackt, sondern vielmehr ebenfalls benutzt wurde.
Ein Umstand, welcher in keinster Weise vertreten werden kann, vor allem im Hinblick auf den Preis des Parfums und der Marke MCM.
Durch den Weiterverkauf eines bereits aus der original verschweißten Folie ausgepackten Parfums, kann zu keiner Zeit durch MCM gänzlich gewährleistet werden, dass das Produkt absolut unbenutzt ist.
Ich werde nicht mehr von dieser Marke kaufen!

I purchased 5 gold coins from MCM on Ebay they accepted and processed my order and charged my card. The next day I found that they had unilaterally cancelled my order and refunded me. The problem was I wanted them to honor the order. When I contacted them they said the order was cancelled due to an "internal error" and said that the item was "out of stock." However, the same item was for sale the next day however the price had gone up $53/coin for a total increase on the order of $265. When I said they needed to honor the price at which they sold the coins to me, they told me they have the right to cancel any order. I told them that any retail store that advertised and sold something to you under that advertised price would have to sell it at that price. They said not us.
I asked to talk to a Manager and talked with Melissa who initially said that she would give me $10 off the new order (and increase of $265). I said no and that they needed to honor the price. I then asked to talk to her manager and she would not let forward me. She did promise to talk with them and call me back the next day at 2PM. 2PM came and went so I called her and she gave me a half hearted sorry about missing the scheduled call back and then offered me a whopping $25 off the increased price (again a $265 increase). I told he that wasn't going to cut it and was going to let her know that I was going to let everyone know this company has no ethics.
I warn you not to purchase from this company, they are slimy at best and certainly unethical in their business practices. I will never purchase from them again.

Kundenorientierung gleich null. Von Kundenservice kann man eigentlich nicht sprechen. Bzgl. Retouren absolut unflexibel, auch wenn man nur um wenige Tage über dem 14 Tage Limit ist kann keinerlei Ausnahme gemacht werden. Hier passen Preis und Verhalten Kundenservice nicht zusammen.
