Just had 5 days in one of Andys Caravans , Had a great stay and the Caravan was clean and tidy ,
Really Recommend them as they go above and beyond to help

The property was in poor condition, it had sagging ceilings, the whole caravan was full of damp and mould, 2 bedrooms were completely unusable because of the risk to health. The van was also very dirty, it had stained carpets, everywhere full of dog hair and human hair, grime on cooker, sides, well everywhere. Stains on the sofa cushions and covers, rust, food crumbs, rips in sofa arms, curtains full of damp.
Worst condition you can imagine, not the sort of place you would expect to walk into when you pay good money, especially with all the damp. We came home early because we didn’t want to get ill. Will never stay with them again. Simply Disgusting!

We always book via mcnevins site , usually a few times in the year various areas . Any issues whilst there have always been resolved ASAP. We've stayed on the chase, the Grange , golden sands , the wolds . Had a lovely time and stay each time.

Just came back from a weeks holiday in ingoldmells , great week as usual very accommodating as we had a dog this year ( all flead by way from vets ) had van 1053 on kingfisher and was a great van clean tidy and smelt lovely been getting caravans off Andy and Sarah for last 7 years now and never let me down once also booked for next year great hosts also always there end of a phone if any problems 10/10 service from are family always has been see ya next year 👏🏼👍🏻

Wow well after email after email message after message.... ridiculous customer service... appalling phone call and putting the phone down on me ....what a absolute idiot money making 🤬... Clearly no help and just making money as his vans are dirty and crap

Just Had the best week ever at Golden sands ingoldmells . The caravan was perfect with a ramp as my wife is disabled, it was clean and spacious ,we enjoyed it so much that we have booked another week in september . Thank you for all your help Andy.

Avoid.
Caravan was dirty and carbon monoxide detector was bleeping constantly.
Provided us with a broken tv and we took a photo. Couldnt contact them as no signal.
Took £75 deposit. No communication even though we had proof. Liars and cheats.
Van provided was supposed to be number 22 but was actually number 19 which was also advertised under a different name!

Just checked out of the Saharah on golden sands Ingoldmells.
Great communication from the host.
Cheap accommodation so you get what you pay for.
Don’t expect 5 🌟 luxury for the price you pay.
Only complaint is the double bed could do with a new mattress as not very comfy but apart from that all good 👌

pretty nice close to all rides and markets but we did have a bit a a guggle with the caravans beacus of flees ect- I just wanted to say ur a very nice man and u are understanding but we had been told that caravan K1 in sunnymead was full of flees but their was people before with 3dogs we are still working to try and get the deposit back please message me back and thank you

I am a former employee of this company, and they are the worst employer you could ever wish to work for.
They took £250 from my wages for damaging a tiny section of kitchen lino in one of their caravans, and without even telling me or proving the cost with receipts - the owners response to why he hadn't informed me he was docking £250 from my wages was that he didn't have time to let me know!
They treat the staff with disrespect and contempt, are known by all of the workers to be awful people to work for, and particularly his wife, who screams obscenities down the phone at staff, including calling workers c**ts.
When reporting issues with the vans they would fail to do anything about most of the problems that staff made them aware of, and are a shambles when it comes to running a company.
They constantly have complaints from customers regarding the state of the vans, and when guests complain they are met with a torrent of abuse or insults.
Outside their office they even threatened to headbutt a driver who had accidentally reversed into one of their families cars.
They are known for frequently stealing deposits after they allege guests have caused damage or left stains on beds.
Most of the vans that are on their books are smelly, dirty, old fashioned, and I wouldn't let my dog sleep in most of them.
The bedding that they provide to staff to put on guests beds are often covered with stains, hairs, fluff etc, and most of it is years old and rarely new.
They don't even check fire alarms are working, and have zero concern for guests safety.
Avoid this company if you want to stay in a decent and safe caravan.

We booked originally for 5 days mon-fri then paid but when we checked they only booked us in till Thursday instead of Friday and when I told them this they wanted another £65 anyway we went and as soon as we got through the caravan doors the smell almost knocked your block off, the walls in the bedrooms and most of the living room was wet with damp there was mould growing from the bedroom window, it was freezing cold the bed felt like someone had pissed bed, so me and the Mrs had to sleep in the living room and it was this week (September 1 ) and was freezing so we decided to put heating on but wasn’t any the caravan was advertised as a panel heated caravan that lies there is a broken radiator in the bedroom and a broken gas fire in the living room that’s all so after 2days Wednesday we came home because all our clothes were wet we had no way of drying them, I got in touch to tell them and he had the bare faced cheek to call me a liar. He said there wasn’t any damp I’ve got smelly wet clothes to prove it and said the fires did work but I was too stupid to work them a gas fire and a radiator even a child could have because nothing was child proof he is the most arrogant………..I have ever met and no doubt he’ll reply to this with more lies

Great stay again in a nice tidy van , excellent location.
Deposit promptly returned.
Highly recommended.

Stayed in 2 caravans both dirty me and 5 children ended up with horrendous flea bites which are still infected still waiting on bond not received after 2 weeks both hoover in both caravans didnt work in the first caravan the fridge would shut due to ice from the freezer the toilet constantly running not filling up the list goes on.The second caravan at coral beach was dirty when me and children got there then after 2 days there all electric went off

My family didnt damage anything in both caravans no hovers worked i clean up and sort my things out cleaned all the kitchen before i left even took my rubbish i made sure all beds and things were left straight only hoovring needed doing as i couldn't as there was no electric
As for fleas: to bring fleas anywhere you need to have pets and i don't own any
And on the day we left we were informed that the previous people that stayed in the caravan at sunnymede had 3 dogs with them and this is from a person who owns his own caravan on site

Caravan on kingfisher from mcnevins would defo recommend and will book again , clean well equipped and spacious caravan . Great location to shop , park and local clubs . Great professional service … thanks McNevins

Great caravan clean and tidy to be fair I was sceptical about getting my bond back due to other reviews but I left the caravan Monday and the £75 bond was back in my account 2 days later I never had to chase it the phone signal is rubbish on the site and the internet is also rubbish that you can purchase but can’t fault the caravan

Stay well clear of this company, do your research first look at the reviews on how they act as a so called company, I have been asking for my bond back for a week now and even though they said it will take 7 days, guess what? I'm on the 7th day and yes you guessed it, no bond!! On top of this the cleanliness in the van was disappointing, the cooker had grease which had dog hair stuck to it, had to clean it before use, I've no doubt that they will reply to this saying there was damage, as apparently this is what they do (please look at the reviews first before booking) However they haven't heard the last of me, absolutely disgusting behavior from what they call themselves a "Family run business" taking money from the trusting public 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚨🚩

Do not rent a van from these we rented a van on coral beach for two night 27th to 29th of October 2023 the van smelt fusty and was damp when we arrived. Thankfully we took all are own bedding the pull out bed was was no thicker then a slice of bread there was a small pot outside the van which was full of cigarette buts ( none of us smoke) the van was left spotless in fact the cooker top was left cleaner then it was when we arrived as my son-in-law scrubbed it before we could cook breakfast on it the oven igniter didn’t work so you had to stick you head in the oven with a match which we had to go buy. After arriving back I heard nothing from them about my £75 returnable bond so I emailed them on two different email addresses 6 times I even messaged them by text quit a few times and never got a response from them so I eventually rang them on the 11th January 2024 only to be told I’m in Benidorm I will sort it out Saturday when I get back. Then I received a phone call from a woman who said the van was left in a mess there was a rip on the sofa(yes there was a small tear on the pull out bed sofa next to the door as you went in but that was an old rip already there) the lady said that Andy Mcnevin had put a brand new pull out bed in which she had paid for I said check on that because he’s lying there was no way was that a new bed. They said there was also a cigarette burn in the quilt Mmmmm well that’s funny we had our own bedding and there quilt was never removed from the bottom of the wardrobe they say the van stunk of smoke and there was cigarette packets left all over the van we don’t even smoke. She said her daughter had taken pictures yet when asked she said she couldn’t send me the pictures she said it will now cost hundreds of pounds to clean the van up but she’s not footing the bill andy Mcnevin can pay Mmmm thought it was a family run business I even offered to meet her at the van if she gave me a date she said I carn’t do that I don’t drive but I’m going to ring Andy to see we’re my new bed is I said I will ring him for the so called pictures but she said she will also do that and ring me back but guess what no phone call so looks like I will be ringing my self. So unless you carnt handle the stress of trying to get ur bond back and being made out to be a lier from a lier who carnt even send evidence they claim to have then stay clear from these.
No doubt I will get some sort of an abusive reply like what the other reviews have had but it’s worth the £75 bond just to let people know.

Caravan was in a boggy feild you coudnt get ya car to it,previouse tennats had a dog also smoked,van must have bin 25years pluss old and it showed its age the plastic windows were fitted in 2021 so it must have had alloy ones befor that tell you how old,the shower was a makeshift and do holder so kept falling off it was the mud,ect looks like the site owner spent no money in the last 10 years if you whant a bears cave this is the place goldensands bring ya wellys and a shovel to dig ya car out becouse you will get stuck
