I am not happy with the service as it does not support the learning needs of kids with autism. They immediately cancelled without notification, and the only explanation was that they wanted to please their tutors to get money rather than helping and supporting learning-difficulty kids. I would not recommend it if your child has autism.

The response you sent still doesn't justify the reasons from your end for stopping my son from having further tuitions with you. Highlighting that he is only doing two lessons and not doing others; although I did inform you about his needs and issues, it still doesn't make sense. He only joined for about 2 weeks with your tuition for the 1:1 program, and your team assured me that they have a good understanding of people who will meet his learning needs. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened. Yesterday, you tried to charge me extra fees, which I asked what it was for when you sent me the message that I was due to pay the outstanding. There was no explanation. I am glad that on time I cancelled my direct debit with you. Normally, other tuitions, including the other Muslim private tuition, don't ask for direct debit and say to pay the amount after the lesson is completed.

This is something I want everyone who reads this message to be aware of and be very careful who you choose for having your child to have tuition with.

Ilmspire does need improvement when it comes to kids with special needs, and they need to see how other tuitions are doing better in that area.

Well structured lessons that are interactive and have made a real difference to my sons learning at school.

Hassan enjoys his sessions. Mainly he enjoys the spelling test. He has special needs which makes him not wanting todo alot of writing and feels hes struggling. The teacher is very helpful and supportive to help him enjoy his session.

good interaction, class is productive, I think slides could be put up before session starts to avoid time waste.

My 10 year old son who is year 6 pupil looks forward to ilmspire sessions, especially the Islamic studies. He also enjoys the maths and English. His teacher is professional and teaches in a fun and professional way. Ray’yan does not get distracted and loves all his lessons. He’s focused on each lesson. I have seen improvement in his school work and he seems more confidence to speak up in school too. He’s not shy to ask questions and is involved in discussions equally. Full stars from me

My daughter really enjoys her lessons and always looks forward to them. Also it is helping her with her work at school as it covers what she is currently learning.

My son finds the topics covered enjoyable and looks forward to his weekly lesson.
On the odd occasion there are some technical issues that slows the delivery of the lesson but generally great teacher and interesting course content.

The only improvement i would like to suggest is if the science tuition lesson topics can be more linked rather than doing a different random topic every lesson.

My son's tutors are great. Their presentation and explanation is very accessible. They continue to provide support and encouragement.

Will be enrolling my daughter too.!

The lessons are great and very interactive. The tutor is wonderful, and she makes the lessons really fun for the kids. She ensures that each child in the lesson is engaged and that they all understand the material being taught. My son loves it! It's the highlight of his week. I would highly recommend ilmspire!

Our daughter has been having tuition for about a year now; as a home educating family, it was paramount that the provision we chose for her aligned with our approach to education and I feel ilmspire have far surpassed this. The online lessons are well structured and held at a range of times to suit individual preference. Both the teachers my daughter has had were friendly and approachable in their demeanour, and thorough in their teaching; I like that concepts are revisited frequently for reinforcement. Communication from the organisation regarding anything from upcoming lessons to rare time changes due to holidays is clear and concise. Ilmspire has become a vital tool in our home education and I would strongly recommend to anyone considering tuition for their child.

Great service excellent tutors my daughter has achieved great results at school, she enjoys this tuition from the comfort of her home. Ilmspire keep up the hard work.

My Kids have been at ilmspire for over a year now. I was reluctant with online sessions to start with, but it’s been an awesome experience so far. Lesson reminders via text etc so I don’t forget about my kids sessions.

Affordable and really good tutors. Really like the communication with tutors, admins and all involved. Parents kept well informed of process and progression is apparent.
