Just amazing - my hair is fine and menopausal !!! I am not great at styling hair and I buy these things and they never work! This is so easy to use and gets the results I want - does what it says on the tin!! Great videos to help as well

I purchased one of these hairdryers in January 2024 at the cost of £175.50 and after only 22 months it stopped working. I contacted customer care and am utterly shocked and disappointed by the responses which I received, which were both patronising and condescending. I was asked to send a photograph of the hairdryer (which I did) and received a reply to say that the filters had not been cleaned (they had in fact been cleaned several times since I purchased the hairdryer) and that it was therefore my fault that the hairdryer had stopped working, which is an absolute insult. Furthermore, the photographs which I had sent were sent back to me with blue circles drawn around the so called blocked vents - this is apparently customer care?!!! I can honestly say that I have never before had the misfortune to encounter such appalling customer service. I bought the hair dryer as a treat to myself for my 50th birthday, stupidly believing that I was buying a product of much better quality than I had previously owned and which would last me for years to come, sadly this could not be further from the truth. This hairdryer was a complete and utter waste of money, I have been well and truly ripped off and fobbed off.
I have now left the above review twice on the Mdlondon page but for some reason it is not being published?!!!

A company that gives 10/10 customer service. They went above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend them enough! Not only are the products fabulous but the entire customer service ethos is too. Thank you

Ordered a new brush and my address was incorrect on the shop app. I emailed the team and they quickly changed this with delay for my order.
The brush is fab, easy to hold and holds the style. The only thing I would say is it’s doesn’t have MD London on the brush inscription

Love these straighteners! They are lightweight and easy to use. They heat up very quickly too. I am now saving up for the hairdryer

My hair is very fine and wispy. Ive struggled to find a tool to help style it!

The Wand! What a find. For someone that isn't great at curling their own hair, this is the best piece of kit! I have got rid of soft rollers, heated rollers and numerous other "must haves" which I have never been able to get to grips with. The Wand lets me style my hair after I have washed it and allowed it to dry but then come back in and restyle during washes. It's brilliant! No tangles, time saving and the sliding button means that the wand just slides out of my hair. Highly recommend!

I have lots of MD London styling tools and brushes and an MD London bag to store them all in. I love each and every one of them for different reasons. The wave, the wand, the hairdryer… Great quality products. Easy to use.

The brushes that I ordered where great they tend to last a lot longer than the ones you buy elsewhere and they are not scratchy.

I love the 3 product's I have purchased so far. I also had an issue with something, and had to rwturn an item however the customer service team resolved it straight away. The process was very simple
They kept in touch constantly to advise me what was going on and replaced the item

Worth every penny. Throw out your old hot brushes. This one is the TOP of the list.

Love the MD brushes. I have course curly hair and these are the only brushes that smooth and tame.
Recently bought the hairdryer too, the light weight is a game changer. No more achy arm

The actual MD London wave brush styled my thick, just past shoulders length hair well. However since it arrived it's worked intimately, you have to press it numerous times some times it will work sometimes it won't!

Contacted customer services sent it back twice, and on each occasion they said it was fine despite me sending them videos showing them the problem, really poor customer service , such a shame as brush gives good results for beach look waves when it works !

I would agree with other reviews also the buttons temp control on off in wrong place , making it bit cumbersome to use, when it actually does turn on!

Fantastic customer service both times when i had an issue with my blush hairdryer.
