Having had an issue with my blow hairdryer, I received a phone call apologising for the issues and my hairdryer is being replaced.
Tip-there’s a 12 month warranty but you need to register within 28 days to extend this warranty.

MD London Wave - bad customer service! - had these bought as a birthday present - only realised I could have extended the warranty after the 28 days had expired and was told it was too late.
Lo and behold - 7 weeks after the 12 months warranty expired - the end cap fell off - tried to put it back on but the plastic little clips had crumbled so it wont stay on! contacted customer service - explained what had happed -and also I had bought literally all of the other products in the range - so classed myself as a loyal customer - was told I should have registered upon receipt!, I asked if there was a part I could obtain, to be told the only option is to exchange. I asked how much it would cost me to exchange, to be then told that wasn't an option as the warranty had expired. So for the past 2 days have just gone full circle with no resolution! - I really liked the wave but out of principle will not purchase another item from this company!

This is by far the best hairdryer I have ever bought!! Do not be put off by its little size or the fact it’s lightweight.. it’s super quiet, with a lovely long flex and a powerful dryer!! Perfect for everyday and excellent for travelling!! My hair is perfectly styled in half the time and is in great condition. Love it ❤️

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with this hairdryer as I had big expectations due to the price and the hype by Davina McCall. I guess it helps to have a famous face to promote your products. Anyway, I actually like the size and quietness of the hairdryer but I am utterly dissatisfied with the quality of the materials used to make it.

I originally purchased the Blow hairdryer on 10/01/25 and, I’ll admit, I was a couple of weeks late cleaning the filter (yes you have to take the cover off monthly to clean the filter out otherwise it overheats). Needless to say, the casing cracked on 20/02/25 and a piece of plastic fell off. Customer service replaced it and basically told me off for not cleaning it so I thought I’d better do as I’m told and make sure I clean the filter early this time.

So I received the replacement 04/03/25 and made sure I filled out the warranty. Good job I did as I went to clean the filter today and I can’t get the cover off and the casing has cracked again. I’ve emailed them again and sent photos and a video of me struggling to get the cover off. I’ve repeatedly watched the video of Michael Douglas taking it off and he makes it look so easy but I find it impossible. It’s like it’s glued on! So I’m afraid I cannot recommend the hairdryer due to the very poor experience I’ve had. I’ll be asking for a refund and looking for another brand that’s better made.

Bought the olive green straighteners in October 2023. Loved that you could adjust the temperature, but recently the temperature control buttons stopped working. Only heat to 180, sometimes 190 but then switch off if you try and increase more.
On contacting mdlondon to find out if common problem and if it is fixable, was told weren't under warranty and couldn't do anything. I knew they weren't under warranty and wasn't able to fix them. Just thought they might need to be aware of the issue and may be able to give some advice.
Had to revert back to my GHD's which still work after several years.

I bought the multi wave brush after watching the videos I was very excited to receive. However this product is not suitable for hair my length, just above the shoulders. The barrel is too big to get a full curl, and I ended up with a disappointing kink. Simply don’t bother unless you have long hair. I returned the item (having paid to return it myself) in perfect packaging and I believed in perfect condition. However the return and refund was refused due to a supposed small scratch that I can’t believe would have happened from using this product once on my hair. So I now have to pay for the product to the retuned back to me, and it is useless for my hair. £130 down the drain. Very dissatisfied with the company’s refusal to honour a refund for a product that is miss advertised as suitable for all hair lengths, when it clearly isn’t. Like other reviews the heat setting is also easily changed by accident when in use, due to the bad placement of the heat settings on the handle where you are literally holding the curler, clearly not a well thought out product design. I rarely write bad reviews but was so disappointed with the product and lack of refund that I don’t want others to waste their money. Simply don’t bother unless you are 100% certain this will work on your hair as you will not get a refund!

Had this dryer 18 months the nozzle keeps flying within minutes of using I’m an ex hairdresser, it’s not good enough it drives me mad , no nozzle that fits my dryer

I am a hairdresser-Bought straighteners and hairdryer summer 2023.the hairdryer attachment shot off when hot and burnt my neck, customer service was great replacement sent no problems since and really like the dryer.

The straighteners feel cheap to use and dragged a bit but after playing a bought with the option of different temperatures found the right one for me, good feature having control over temp. Within 8 month's the buttons covers had fallen off, the straighteners worked fine so no problem. Jan 2025- owned for 18 months, the temp buttons don’t work and stick the temp at 180, not the right temp for my hair and they pull. Do like the design but feel like they don’t last very long I only use them about 6 times a month so don’t feel this reflects ware and tear. Disappointing.

I feel like Ive been scammed by this company. I ordered a hair dryer twice from them, they have taken the money from my account on both occasions and then cancelled the orders. Their excuse is that they suspect fraudulent use of my card! If this is the case why take the money. Even my bank are confused as to why. Then they have the cheek to say they need to investigate, which will take five days, and then there may be a ten day wait for any refund. They have taken nearly £400 from me and I have nothing to show for it!!!

A purchased the olive hairdryer 13 months ago and the small nozzle is no longer magnetic and dolly flows off from the dryer as soon as it us turned on . Evidently they no longer supply nozzle for model I purchased so it cannot be replaced. A very expensive dryer for the nozzle to only last that long when it was not used daily.

I have the dryer and straighteners. Both work really well and arrived promptly. Also gives great advice on their Instagram channel.

I love this product. I just blast my hair with the hairdryer and then style with the wave brush tool.
Negatives
1. Bristles should be closer together to have a better grip of hair and to avoid fingers getting burnt on the barrel (I’ve done this a few times already)
2. The heat setting is in the wrong place and I keep changing the setting whilst winding my hair on the barrel.
