Just don’t order from the NOT SERIOS
I received the package after 5 business days, no answering to any emails or phone call during that period, it’s a medical related product, they should be more serious, because I didn’t receive amy confirmation I ordered similar product from other place, and didn’t need it anymore, I sent an email after emails to get a refund or any news. Nothing.

Needed some urgent medical supplies so…
Needed some urgent medical supplies so paid a fortune for next day delivery...4 days later no sign of items, no reply to emails. Requested a refund.
Edit. It's now been a week since I placed my order for next day delivery. No sign of the order, no response from any of my emails. The phone number is just a mobile that goes to voicemail. Clearly a scam. Avoid.

8 days and items havent arrived as of yet, ive had to go and buy insulin syringes elsewhere or we would have been without this whole time. No reply to several emails sent, no refund or explanation at all. First time using this company and unfortunately i can't recommend, you are playing around with others health and need to realise this could end up with fatal consequences.

Terrible service - Avoid
MEDBASIC appalling….if I could give zero stars I would.
How they have. 4* review is beyond me.
Disappointed with experience.
Ordered products online and paid via PayPal, probably the only reason I got any form of refund to be fair as MEDBASIC do not respond to email queries.
Products didn’t arrive, no tracking information provided.
Would not recommend ordering from MEDBASIC if you actually require products.
No apologies offered either.
**Additional information provided to MEDBASIC as requested 02/06/2023, partial refund provided only - not sure why I should be out of pocket**

Placed an order with this company on 4/1. Almost immediately £31.87 was taken from my account. 2 days later I received an email to inform me they couldn’t supply the items ordered for over a month, did I want to wait?? I requested a refund and was told it would be in my bank within 5 days. Several emails later and I’m still waiting for a refund. Last email informed me it was “nothing to do with them, apparently they don’t process their own refunds.
Certainly will not be ordering from them again. Customer service is non existent!
Update - Been contacted by Trustpilot, apparently Medbasic don’t think I’m a genuine customer, I can assure you I am.
MedbasicI have replied to your email and have yet to receive a response from you.
