Royal Mail delivered my order to the wrong address, when I messaged customer support to report this I didn’t get a reply. I requested either a refund or a replacement and have received nothing. This is very poor service

Medipal's alcohol disinfection wipes, (isopropyl alcohol, 550g/kg), are a good size for, and efficient at, cleaning my hearing aids. The price of 100 sachets is reasonable, but for this small order, delivery cost, (next day), was expensive. I'd have been happy to wait longer, and perhaps that would have made the total price more reasonable. One more thing: the wipes weren't easy to find on the internet.
