They were excellent up until the moment…
They were excellent up until the moment they shipped with Purolator, which unfortunately was very disappointing. First, they didn’t deliver on the agreed date, claiming the address was incomplete — which was not true. The next day, I contacted them and was told they had no idea when the delivery would be made.
This is a medication, which makes the situation even more serious. The lack of care is unacceptable.

The online experience was good
The online experience was good, however the delivery with purolator was a bad experience. I was at work when they showed up and would not let me pick up my package for 3 days.

I was not impressed with delivery
I was not impressed with delivery. I wasn't home to receive it...need to change address delivery, which isn't the company's fault, but...when I picked it up from the address they had on the delivery receipt it had not been refrigerated and on the box exterior it expressly says keep refidgerated. This may need to be looked into.
Also, my surname is spelled incorrectly. It should read McLaughlin...capital M, small c, capital L.
I had my first shot last evening. Thank you very much.

I'm impressed
I'm a klutz when it comes to following directions. Something always seems to go wrong. However, I had no difficulty in following instructions for using the pen. Just my first week, so I can't weigh in on any side effects or, of course, how effective it is.
First week product delivery was amazingly swift.
There is plenty of support, messaging and guidance from MedExpress, which is reassuring.

MedExpress has been good experience
I have used Ozempic previously and was knowledgeable and had great results but had to stop because of cost. Maintained weight loss for 7 months but just saw slow gain over past 4. I saw ad on Facebook was curious about cost of new generic semaglutide.
MedExpress questionnaire about health was easy to fill out. Adding picture for review very easy. Received approval and first shipment all within 5 days. Like both the printed material include in shipment and emails explaining use, how to proceed with program, and expected side effects & results
I hope the generic brand has same results as original.

My experience so far
Seamless experience from beginning the application till arrival. I actually did an unboxing video to show how well everything is packaged. They provided the pen in cold packs, needles, safe discard needle bin, instructions and info pamphlets. Will definitely keep using them

Delivery service and handling not done correctly
I went to pick up my order from the Purolator location and my package was not refrigerated. Ice packs were melted and they didn’t contact me the day it arrived, so I got it a day later. Also package had been damaged. Definitely not MedExpress’s fault. Purolator is frustrating with their services.

We understand your concern regarding the condition of your package and external damage upon arrival. Please be assured that all shipments are sent with ice packs designed to maintain appropriate temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
As a result, it is completely normal for ice packs to be melted upon delivery, and this alone does not indicate that the medication has been compromised.
That said, we sincerely apologize on behalf of Purolator, as this is not the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
If you remain concerned about the temperature of your medication, please reach out to us so we can further assist and review this for you promptly.
