Keeps getting more expensive

The first order of Monjaro was great especially with the 59$ waved. Current clients should get a better discount. Just found out it is cheaper through my doctor. Have ordered my 2nd prescription through medexpress but due to the price I will be ordering from my doctor going forward. Shipping through Med Express was good though, very well packaged.

Awesome

This whole experience has been awesome. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get the product but you’ve made it extremely easy. My only suggestion for me living with other people is I was trying to keep this under wraps and when the box comes, it’s got keep refrigerated and the pharmacy return address and I was just hoping that that wouldn’t happen on my packaging.

I would love to request that those two items don’t appear on the box since 80% of the time I will be home to receive it. Thank you.

While the consultation questions are an important step, we also require a few verification items to complete the clinical review, such as a government-issued photo ID, a full-body photo for eligibility assessment, and (if a higher dose has been selected) proof of a previous prescription.

If your order is on hold, it’s likely due to one of these items still being outstanding. These steps are part of our standard safety and prescribing process.

Easy to order online, quick shipping

The online ordering system is easy to use. Customer service is quick to respond, and items are shipped very quickly. My only suggestion is that there should be a space for questions or comments when placing the new order each month, or the prescription could be ongoing until reaching target weight instead of ordering every month.

During each reorder consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to update your information and answer the question, “Is there anything else you’d like to share with our team?” Selecting “yes” will allow you to include additional comments or questions for our clinical team to review during the order review process. ☺️

We also understand how convenient a recurring subscription option would be. However, because this is prescription medication, each refill requires a consultation to review your progress and any changes to your medical history, as well as a clinical review and prescription approval before the medication can be dispensed and shipped. For that reason, we can only allow manual orders at this time.

That said, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve our services.

The company is great to deal with, but they should send invoices and proof of payment to their clients immediately after a purchase. This way, clients can claim benefits if they have them. Overall, I’ve had a good experience so far.
