So far my experience with MedExpress has been very positive.
The review process was very prompt, efficient and thorough.
I was notified of my approved treatment very quickly.
Very happy with the health teaching provided and all of the daily information , follow up and instructions regarding my medication.
The MedExpress team is extremely supportive and very efficient.
Received my medication, instructions and everything necessary to begin my treatment 2 days after approval.

Need self-injection support/training
Everything went very smoothly from the assessment to delivery. I do wish they offered a video about how to self-inject. Unfortunately, for my first dose, I poured more down my belly than into my stomach because I was nervous and apparently pulled the syringe out. It is hard to see when toyr belly is big. So it is devastating to watch basically $100 slide into nothing. A trial syringe with saline or something would be a great addition for the cost you are asking for. Then those of us not used to injecting ourselves could see how it works and not make the mistakes that cause a major loss the first injection. Definitely feels like I just threw $100 in the garbage.
