For Headaches rather than Eye Bags
Nothing particularly special about the Medi-Grade stuff. The mask was a bit ill-fitting, so if you’re buying it in the hope of tackling under-eye bags, I wouldn’t bother as it barely makes contact with that area. On the plus side, you do end up with a pleasantly chilled forehead, so it may have an application as a headache remedy. I did bring this to their attention, but just got a vague response encouraging me to buy another product. If you’re tempted here just opt for one of the many cheaper brands, as there’s no great advantage to this brand, and it certainly isn’t medical grade.

NOT medi-grade quality
Bought a neck traction inflatable brace.
Seemed ok at first but there isn’t anything ‘medi’ grade about the product.
The rubbery material on one of the tubes, connecting to the inflatable part, has turned hard plastic-like and cracked in multiple places all at once.
At this stage, it completely broke off.
Ready for the bin!
Product quality more like lowest grade, not medi grade..
