MediHealth Direct is a UK-only online pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC 9012663) and run by MediHealth Direct Ltd (company number 15745634) from Colwick, Nottingham. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Muhammad Abdul Jalil (GPhC 2236161), and we are certified by LegitScript, which independently checks that online pharmacies meet legal and regulatory standards. Every online consultation is reviewed by a UK-registered pharmacist or prescriber before anything is supplied, and if a treatment isn't suitable for you, it won't be supplied. Orders travel in discreet, unbranded, tracked packaging, and we only deliver to UK addresses. Alongside private consultations for weight management, men's and women's health, skin and hair, sexual health and travel health, we provide NHS services: you can nominate us to dispense your NHS prescriptions and use NHS Pharmacy First for common conditions. We also offer vaccinations, blood tests and everyday pharmacy products, and returning patients can reorder through our patient portal. You can reach the pharmacy team on 0115 990 1203 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) or at hello@medihealthdirect.com, and you can raise a concern through the complaints page on our website. We invite customers to review us on Trustpilot after their order, and we reply to reviews without ever discussing anyone's health or treatment in public.

Having ongoing problems getting prescription azelaic acid (Finacea). Found Medihealth Direct online offering product at very competitive price.
Questionnaire comprehensive…only bit that took any time was fulfilling ID aspect…not difficult, but I’m a bit rubbish with getting photo. Reviewed quickly by pharmacist and dispatched the same day and arrived the next day.
Excellent service. First time using an online pharmacy…will be using again and would happily recommend.
