MediHealth Direct is a UK-only online pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC 9012663) and run by MediHealth Direct Ltd (company number 15745634) from Colwick, Nottingham. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Muhammad Abdul Jalil (GPhC 2236161), and we are certified by LegitScript, which independently checks that online pharmacies meet legal and regulatory standards. Every online consultation is reviewed by a UK-registered pharmacist or prescriber before anything is supplied, and if a treatment isn't suitable for you, it won't be supplied. Orders travel in discreet, unbranded, tracked packaging, and we only deliver to UK addresses. Alongside private consultations for weight management, men's and women's health, skin and hair, sexual health and travel health, we provide NHS services: you can nominate us to dispense your NHS prescriptions and use NHS Pharmacy First for common conditions. We also offer vaccinations, blood tests and everyday pharmacy products, and returning patients can reorder through our patient portal. You can reach the pharmacy team on 0115 990 1203 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) or at hello@medihealthdirect.com, and you can raise a concern through the complaints page on our website. We invite customers to review us on Trustpilot after their order, and we reply to reviews without ever discussing anyone's health or treatment in public.

I’ve used MediHealth Direct several times now and I can confidently say they’ve set a new standard for online pharmacies. From the moment you start the consultation process, everything feels streamlined, professional, and genuinely patient-focused. The team of UK-registered pharmacists and prescribers clearly take safety and discretion seriously, and the turnaround time is incredibly fast, with free next-day delivery!
What really sets them apart is their partnership with the NHS Pharmacy First service. Being able to access video consultations for minor conditions like UTIs or sinusitis without needing a GP appointment has been a lifesaver, especially during evenings and weekends. It’s reassuring to know that all medications come from a GPhC-registered pharmacy, so quality and compliance are never in question.
