son unos estafadores estaba comprando otra cosa y se colaron ellos y parece que les di click a ellos en lugar de al otro proveedor, he contactado con ellos pero dicen que es lo que hay que lo contraté anulan subscripción pero los 49 euros se los cobran. Hay que denunciarlos! no cumplen con la normativa de los 15 días de devolución,

I got this subscription unknowingly but when I contacted the customer support my issue was resolved quickly and they communicated with me via email in a timely manner, and have confirmed my refund has been processed.

I have been charged for two months subscription I have never signed up to this subscription. I have no idea how they have got hold of my email address or account details. I have tried to contact them via email and phone.
I hope they have some integrity and return my payments. I am still waiting.

I did not sign up on purpose and I don't even know how and when I had signed up and got charged for a few months now until I have realised it and I don't know if I will be refunded at all. My credit card company told me if I do not right away cancel it then is binding. I don't have any sign in credentials. I don't have any confirmation email I had signed up. I think it is scam. @Meditatejoy if you are not a scam then please reimburse my falsely charged fees as you can see I have not even once signed in as I did not know I signed up and therefore never received your services nor did I intend too. The communication is also slow and as I have provided now my credit card number because there is nothing else from me in your system you can't find me. As the mail address that I am usually using to sign up was not found in the system which makes sense or my name, because I did not sign up at all on purpose.

I didnt mean to sign up on meditate joy, i signed up on an AD by accident and it my apple pay, unknowingly accepted it. It started with a 0.01€ and then every month i got charged 49€.
I tried to contact it but i couldnt, but turned out i used the wrong email. As soon as i contacted the right email & number, everything got solved within 2 days smoothly and im now getting a full refund in the next few days, so really good costumer service!! Thank uu!!

If i could give it a ‘o’ star I would. I did not sign up for this subscription, accidentally clicked on an advertising banner for something completely unrelated and thought I was signing up for that. Cancelled subscription of £49 per month but charged £49 even though I have clearly not used this service and it was purchased in error. Absolute joke !

Nachdem ich zunächst eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht habe, weil mir innerhalb von 24 Stunden 50 €, ohne dass ich selber einen Account angelegt hatte, das Geld abgebucht wurde von meiner Kreditkarte, habe ich nach dem ich Einspruch eingelegt habe, dass ich das Abo nicht möchte, das Geld sofort!!!! 😃 zurück überwiesen bekommen.

This company is fraudulent. It's taking money from my Revolut credit card that i have not authorised. Started when I was browsing on my phone and a pop up advertisement came which i went to click out of . Then it started taking a subscription of 0.01 and then €49. I then had to block the transaction as there was no way of contacting the company.

After my download a book at the price of €0.01 I received an offer of Abo for €49. I accidentally confirmed it through Apple Pay. I noticed this unintended transaction I contacted the customer support team, the issue was promptly resolved with refund. Exceptional customer support service and trustworthy business practices.

Haben 0.01 Cent abgezogen und jetzt 24.99 Euro,gleich zurück gebucht !
Hat jemand Erfahrung wie man da gegen vorgehen kann ?

Betrug! Habe die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht wie bereits beschrieben. Das hat mich 49,00 Euro gekostet. Habe meine Karte nun sperren lassen und hoffe, dass das Problem damit behoben ist.

Ganz klarer Betrug! Ich dachte an eine Testabbuchung von 0,01€. ABO - das ich gar nicht wollte und nicht bestätigt hatte - habe ich ein paar Minuten nachdem ich die Falle bemerkt hatte gekündigt. Immerhin hatte ich eine Mailbestätigung erhalten. Mal gucken was passiert. Aber klare Empfehlung: Flossen weg!

Ich dachte ich kaufe eine Klassenarbeit für 0,01€, und plötzlich wurde ein Abo abgeschlossen und 49€ abgebucht.
Habe jetzt bei meinem Kreditkartenanbieter Widerspruch gegen die Zahlung eingelegt und die Karte sperren lassen.

Ich habe die gleichen Vorfall wie zuvor Marco.
Einfach eine Abbuchung von 49 € auf der Abrechnung, zuvor noch eine 1 cent Testbuchung auf dem Apple Pay Account. Habe ich niemals legitimiert.
Kreditkarte sperren lassen und neu beantragen.
Voller Betrug !

Vorsicht vor diesem ABO ich habe kein ABO abgeschlossen und regelmäßig wird versucht 49€ abzubuchen. Ich versuche das nicht von mir autorisierte ABO zu kündigen. Ist mir noch nicht gelungen.

Ich bekam auf einmal eine Abrechnung von 0,01 Cent, auf meiner Kreditkarte. Danach sollte mir dann monatlich 49€ abgebucht werden. Mir war/ist diese Seite gänzlich unbekannt. Ich brauch nichts - was irgendwas mit Meditation zu tun hat. Darum hab ich sofort meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen.
