Used by the NHS hospitals
These are the same as used by the NHS hospital. I've purchased others but they are very inferior.

Amazing service with faulty product
I had a problem with a faulty item. Aaron from the customer service team responed the same day asking for some more info. Once he received it they sent a replacement that day. Amazing service, as someone who has worked almost 30 years in retail i really appreciate a hastle free fix!

I had an issue with a faulty product…
I had an issue with a faulty product from Medtree and Claire was absolutely fantastic in resolving it. Her communication was excellent — she responded promptly and without hesitation. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, solving the problem without any fuss at all.
It’s refreshing to experience such smooth and professional customer service. I really appreciate the support and would highly recommend Claire and the team at Medtree.
