This merchant, Flowze operating through the Shopify platform appears to be engaging in fraudulent activity, and Shop must take immediate action against Flowze. I never authorized this merchant to charge me anything other than the $35.99. They charged my card for $199.99 and $399.99, which was never authorized.

A simple Google search reveals numerous complaints from other customers reporting unauthorized charges by Flowze and failure to receive the products or services purchased. In addition, Flowze has been completely unresponsive to emails and social media inquiries.

I am formally requesting the merchant’s contact information, including a contact name and phone number, which Shopify should have on file. This information is necessary to file a police report and pursue legal action against Flowze.

Furthermore, Shop should not allow merchants engaging in this type of conduct to continue operating on your platform. I am also experiencing difficulty obtaining a refund through my bank because my card information was processed through Shop and the transaction was marked as “approved.”

Shop must take responsibility for addressing and shutting down this apparent scam operating through its platform.

I bought a package for $46 from these Flowze as*holes and couple days later they charged me $199.99 for something I didn’t order. Two days later charged me $399.99!!!! Of course I put a claim to my bank which still undergo and got a new debit card. But please do not buy from these thieves! They gonna dry up your account. And don’t even try to contact them cause the cowards won’t reply. They are THIEVES! And I don’t even think I will receive the package that I actually bought. The website is a very well designed scam.

SCAM! FRAUDULENT CHARGES

This company has posted 2 unauthorized charges of $544 and $271 to my card. The transactions are currently being disputed with my bank.

This company will charge your bank account repeatedly even when you don’t have an account with them and without having signed up for a subscription. There is no customer service number, the link to adjust subscriptions is not working, and your emails will be unanswered. You will have to file a claim with your bank to report the fraudulent charges. The company finally sent my money back, but I had to cancel my debit card, take it off of Apple Pay, and now have to wait for a new debit card to be sent. It was a huge inconvenience, and they are doing this to so many people. I reported it to a consumer fraud agency, and everyone else should too!

SCAMMERS. TOOK 200 AND 22 DOLLARS FROM ME, UNDISCLOSED. ITEM NEVER GOT HERE EITHER. AVOID. I'LL DO EVERYTHING TO SHUT THEM DOWN

I was charged £56 then they took £147.02 and another £295.70!!!
I have never received anything. I blocked all cards. These people are toxic scammers. BEWARE.

Complete SCAM and Fraud. Two unauthorized charges over $200 each then TWO MORE over $500 each following the one purchase I made.

Absolutely horrible experience. Having to deal with this through my credit card company.

I ordered a trial package, they added $49 package on to the trial package. Then a few days later they charged me 399.99 for another package that I didn't order. No one responds on their website.

Purchased a pack for £39 and then two additional unauthorised payments of £149 and £237 have come up on my account. Bank says I’ve got to wait 14 days to hear back from company but only been three days so now im down over £400

I ordered the flowze starter pack and every few days they have been charging my credit card beyond my order, first for over $200 then another a few days later. They have not replied to my emails asking them what these charges were for. Do not order from here.

Same as everyone else I ordered the product nearly a week ago and have no update or response from customer service at all. I imagine they will try to take £100s from my payment card soon, as they have done with everyone else. Luckily I used a credit card and now have that on a full freeze to avoid that happening, but knowing this awful scam thieving company has my payment details and is almost guaranteed to try and take hundreds from me that I do not have is causing me stress. I am already struggling financially and if I was to lose £100s to this joke of a company I will be left in a very hard spot and unable to pay household bills/buy food etc. Absolute joke of a "company" I don't know how they haven't been taken down already judging by the fact that every single review is 1 star, with no product and then money stolen from them after purchasing this product that clearly does not exist!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered a £28 product. Next day they took £150, then £300. Total scam.

Stay away from them. This is 100% a scam operation . I bought an item from their store for $59, then a few days later they charged me $199. Luckily that charge was flagged for fraud and got declined. Then a week after that they randomly charged me $399 and that charge went through somehow. I contacted them multiple times and got no response. I just reported them to my bank for fraud.

Scammers. Same as everyone else. I purchased the breath sprayer. Was charged $49.74, then a few days later was charged $199. Then a few days after that was charged $399. I have tried to get ahold of them through their website, email, and social media, and have not heard a peep.
I now have my bank getting involved and have filed several criminal reports.

Scam. Have tried to take over $800 in 3 days - no authorisation and no reply emails. Do not trust this company!!!!

I truly wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering... The company is a scam. I hope that my bank gets my money back, but I'm livid that these types of con artists are allowed to advertise. After the original charge, give days later I was charged $199.99, and two days after that another $399.99.

This company is nothing but a scam! I ordered my first order with them for $76.05 , nd right after the delivery, I was charged nother $199. After making them aware, they said they canceled a subscription that I never had, and that I would not see any more reoccurring charges. And then two days later charged me another 399.00!!!!
This is clear fraud, and I have reported it to my bank.And i'm gonna take it further.I'm going to file legal action against this company!! Don't buy anything from them!!!

Do not buy. Nothing but trouble and I haven't even received my order yet. 2 days after my order flowze just decided to charge my card 199$ then 399$ the next day. Customer service is pretty much non existent.

Ordered a trial pack to see how the product works/tastes. Two days later received an e-mail about a $200/mo subscription I was billed for and two days later an attempt at another "subscription" rate of $399.99! No way to access account on their site either. They are unresponsive and a predatory sellers.

There was nothing mentioned about a subscription nor any notice before they billed me. To top it off, their website does not function to manage your account and cancel this unauthorized subscription nor cancel it.

Avoid this merchant! I am contacting Shop.com as well as my credit card company to dispute the fraudulent charges.
